However, I encountered a middle-aged female staff member whose attitude was quite poor. The hotel doesn't provide disposable toothbrushes, which I knew was common in Korea when visiting Seoul, but it's still quite inconvenient."

"From the outside and lobby this hotel looks high quality but when you get to the room it looks like it’s a different place. The room had very poor cleanliness. Hair left around the sink in the bathroom, mold in bathroom, bed sheets were unclean, we had 6 mosquitoes in the room when we first entered. For the money we spent on this, it was a huge disappointment and we checked out as soon as we could the next day. The only good thing was the location was easy to walk to places and the staff members were friendly."

"The gym they advertise feels like it hasn’t been updated in decades. The only piece of weighted equipment was broken, and oddly enough, the gym shares the same space as the billiard tables, something you can actually spot if you zoom in on their photos here on Trip.com. Not exactly the workout atmosphere you’d hope for. The treadmill was the only functional highlight, though honestly, a run outside is far more enjoyable. Beyond that, the hotel itself feels like a time capsule from the 80s. It might have been impressive back then, but maintenance clearly hasn’t kept up. The carpets, especially in the rooms, are heavily stained and leave a poor impression. The latex pillows were another miss, uncomfortable, and once the bedding shifted, just unpleasant to sleep on. Overall, the place could be charming with some serious refurbishment, but as it stands, it’s outdated, poorly maintained, and doesn’t live up to its advertised standard. One last odd experience: one evening, we were asked to repark our car because it wasn’t perfectly centered within the marked box even though it was fully inside the lines. Meanwhile, several nearby cars were parked far less neatly without any comment. Strange rule enforcement, to say the least."

"Hele familien syntes godt om dette sted, men der er plads til forbedring, som jeg vil beskrive punkt for punkt: Forbedringer: 1. Poolgebyret på 1000 KRW (ca. 5 DKK) opkræves ved udtjekning. 2. Poolvandet var ikke særlig rent. 3. Gardinerne på vores værelse (værelse 916) havde oliepletter, og sengelinnedet var beskadiget. 4. Transporten er ikke særlig bekvem (bus). Der er kun et stoppested i nærheden, og det er ikke særlig tæt på. Vi tog bussen til busstationen (linje 431, 432) og skiftede derefter til en anden bus. Fordele: 1. Beliggenheden er god. Der er en strand (uden sand) i nærheden, og om aftenen er der livligt med mulighed for at løbe en tur. Ved havet er der en gade med fiske- og skaldyrsboder, og hotellet er ikke langt fra Dongmun-markedet. I nærheden er der 7-Eleven, CU-dagligvarebutikker, og BHC Fried Chicken (bestil ikke ostesmagen, den er meget fed og sød; der følger sideretter, cola og ostesauce med). Ikke langt fra Chilseong-gaden, og der er et supermarked ved siden af. 2. Der er dybe pools, lavvandede pools og pools, der ligner varme kilder."

"The room wasn't huge, but it was very cozy. The staff were super thoughtful, using a translator to explain all the important details and the latest time to request room cleaning. In the morning, they'd even call again to ask if we needed service. For checkout, you just drop the room card at the front desk. The toiletries were excellent! I absolutely loved Jeju Island. Plus, there's a three-story Olive Young just 50 meters away, it's amazing!"

However, the housekeeping's attention to detail regarding cleanliness was really concerning: there was hair left in the refrigerator upon check-in, and hair was scattered elsewhere. Although the housekeeper apologized, their cleaning method was improper; they used the same cloth to wipe the refrigerator, then the floor, and then reused it, which poses a cross-contamination risk. The hygiene standards need strict improvement."
