"The room is very short. The suite has only one small window. The bedroom is even shorter than the outside room, and there is a chandelier. Without a window, it feels depressing in bed. We booked for three days in total, only stayed one night, and checked out early the next morning. The hotel front desk didn't say anything, but Ctrip said that the hotel could only refund one day's money."

"The main course at the restaurant was horrible. The room was cold, just like the attitude from the woman at the receptions desk. My nice silk scarf got a big rip on it when I hung it on a hook in the room and when we brought it up at check out, the woman behind reception simply told us that she “would go check it” and offered no compensation. When we asked to talk more about it, she shut us off as if we were making very unreasonable demands and said we could only choose to contact her afterwards. So we called her after we came back home but this time her excuse was “I would definitely not discuss this over the phone so your only option is to write emails to me instead. It was obvious that she didn’t want to compensate us with anything but she didn’t have the courtesy to just straight out say it to us. We wrote an email to her and I’m open to see if she can actually answer us in a satisfactory way and in that case, I would consider retract this review. In short, it was a very unpleasant stay which is way overpriced and I would not recommend it to anyone that doesn’t like to suffer."
