"Stayed at Jaffna Casa Hotel for 7 days, during my stay, the room was. Clean, spacious and comfortable. And air conditioned work well, which made the room pleasant to relax in. The bathroom was neat and came with basic toiletries and fresh towels."

"Beautiful, atmospheric hotel near the centre of the city but calm and peaceful. Added bonus of a pool as well as wonderful atrium. Order in food from local traditional restaurant to add to the experience. Helpful, friendly staff and great value. "

"Two gents who support guests are awesome. Can get laundry done here too. Accommodation for your driver is a possibility so inquire about that. WiFi is good. Place is clean and well kept. The showers have an instant hotwater system. Showers are spacious."

"Friendly staff. Good value. Laundry available reasonable price. Next to Cargills super market/chemist. Smoking hotel, corridors smokey. No hot water tap. Water not too cold in summer. No lift. Sheets, shower clean. Shifted small table to play cards, hair and grime behind. Stayed 5 nights had to ask for fresh towels. Towels on the thin side. Acceptable for the price."

"We had the most wonderful 2-night stay at The Thinnai Jaffna to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the hotel felt excellent — warm, cozy, and inviting, with a spacious and beautifully appointed suite that was perfect for unwinding and spending quality time together. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the authentic Jaffna cuisine. Every meal was a delight, bursting with rich flavors and traditional touches. The Executive Chef and the incredibly attentive Saranya took such good care of us at Amudham and Rokeerththanan and Tharunram at the bar. The team clearly puts heart into everything they do. What made our anniversary truly memorable was the thoughtful and creative surprise the team arranged in our suite. It was such a beautiful, personal gesture that showed real care and effort — we were genuinely touched. A very special thanks to Roshanth, the General Manager, who looked after us exceptionally well right from the beginning. His warmth and attention to detail made us feel like valued guests throughout our stay. We left feeling completely refreshed and pampered. The Thinnai Jaffna is a true gem in Jaffna — we highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!"

"Staff made our stay very enjoyable. Room was very Clean, air conditioning was working, free tea at anytime, we were allowed to make our own meals. We bought fresh seafood from the nearby fish market and paid a small amount to the hotel for the access to the kitchen and cooked and had a great feast. "
