"I said I wanted a double bed, and they gave me two singles. Then I had trouble getting my son into the room, even though I was paying for him. They forced me to add an extra bed because I had an 8-year-old child, even though they told me the child was sleeping with us. Also, the bathtub faucet didn't come out very well, and it took a while to get a bath. Overall, I've stayed at this hotel several times, but this experience wasn't very good."
