"We booked for a non-smoking room but we got a smoke/nicotin terrible smell room. The hotel clerk told us this is a no smoking room so he told us not to smoke. We don't smoke but the room was horribly smoke stinking. After we checked-out, we can still smell the smoke on our clothings. The floor is nicely renovated but it was too dirty with sand, soil!! beddings, toilet are clean. Breakfast is very simple but acceptable. Wichita Falls Baymont where we came from before Biloxi was excellent!"

The manager will harass and threaten you and never identify herself properly. I filed a case with corporate Agatha hotel. Do not ever stay here"

"It was stated that there was a coffeemaker in the room and there wasn’t. The only amenities provided was soap. It was stated that check-in could be done as late as 11:00 pm. This isn’t true because the office closes at 9. I didn’t receive the text saying this but luckily showed up as the office was closing."
