"A really fantastic stay in Jackson. This hotel does all of the little things right. From chocolates at night, to the hot apple cider and cookies in the evenings, to the water available anytime all day both as bottled water and glasses of water in the lobby, there are so many little touches that make the stay a step above. The restaurant is excellent for breakfast. The team here is all so friendly and helpful. The rooms are quiet, windows open a little bit, and the HVAC system works well. Would highly recommend and I hope we can return again someday. Perhaps the only suggestion for improvement that we would have is ski shuttle service to Jackson Hole later in the morning, but we understand that for a smaller hotel, it may not be practical to run a shuttle all day."

"The location is amazing! The snow king mountain activities and staff were great. The hotel staff and amenities at the Snow King resort were well below par. The front desk staff were rude, anytime you had a question or needed something they acted like you were bothering them. The amenities- well there weren’t really any. I’m no way does this give a resort vibe!! And you are paying a resort price."

"It takes a few minutes to walk to the cable car. The hotel is quite large, and the rooms have a kitchen and a fireplace. Parking is free, and the value for money is pretty good. It's much better than the Four Seasons, which is a bit old."

Homewood Suites by Hilton Jackson

"This was the worst Hilton stay I've experienced. The place is very old feeling and not kept as clean as I would have expected for a Hilton property. The shower in the room was gross; like it hadn't been cleaned properly for a VERY long time. The air conditioning was broken and blew out lukewarm air, so we had to keep the windows open all night to keep the temperature at a reasonable level (the outside temp was 32 degrees overnight). Had the windows not opened and we turned the fan off overnight, the room would have been too muggy to tolerate. We were booked to stay two nights, but wouldn't stay the second night for obvious reasons. Luckily the hotel compensated for the stay. A bright spot was Tony at the front desk in the morning."

49'er Inn & Suites

"Book a room for 5 people. Room is clean , size is comfortable for 5 people and location is good. The Inn consists of blocks with 2 storey and there is no elevator. It will be a problem if you have heavy luggages especially families travel with young children. Hence , better to indicate in your booking in your preference"

Inn on the Creek

"My husband and I returned yesterday from a WONDERFUL three-night stay at the Inn. We stayed in the “Harlequin” creek side room with an exterior upstairs entrance on the back side of the building. The room was clean, cozy, and spacious, and has a balcony overlooking the creek. The view is beautiful, and we saw lots of deer and ducks from the balcony. The daily breakfast, cookies, and cocktail hour are not to be missed. The homemade food is delicious, and if you eat in the common area, you’ll get to know the other guests and the lovely individuals running the inn. We enjoyed the exceptional hospitality and will very happily return in the future!"

"We were in Grand View 5020S. It is a lock out from what I could tell. Horrible. Got there, no glasses, no utensils, no knife, some coffee cups and 3 plates. An undercounter fridge that was worthless. 2 decent bathrooms, a living room with no table, just one couch and a bad pair of chairs. No where to enjoy a drink or any light breakfast. The patio was filthy, someone's old hiking shoes and socks on the patio. It was unusable. Here is the worst.,if another party is in the other section of the condo you can here EVERTHING"
