"I made a reservation to coincide with the Kawazu Cherry Blossom Festival. I took a hot spring bath as soon as I arrived, and the large indoor bath and outdoor rock bath had a feeling of openness that was really great. The quality of the spring water is very good and you won't get too hot, so you can enjoy it over and over again. I love that you can come in from 5am! When I took a walk outside at night, I was very moved by the starry sky. The staff are very kind and I am very satisfied overall. There was a golf course right in front of the hotel, so next time I would like to stay with friends and make a golf reservation."

"A truly comfortable and delightful hotel! The food was exquisite and incredibly delicious! I was pleasantly surprised that the wasabi hot pot set menu also came with sashimi, Wagyu beef, and abalone? Or was it soft-shelled turtle? (The lobster in the picture was ordered separately.) Overall, the food was prepared with great care. The hotel has a traditional Japanese style, and the courtyard is absolutely beautiful. Although our English isn't great, the front desk staff was very patient and meticulous in explaining all the rules to us. During meals, she even introduced each dish and spoke a few words of Chinese – we really loved her! There was an unexpected and wonderful surprise when we checked out: all the staff came out to bid us farewell and even held up a banner that said, "Please come again!" It was so touching and made us so happy; the emotional value was completely maximized. The room we booked included a private onsen, which was available 24 hours a day. We will definitely be back!!!"

"It was a pleasant experience, because I can't drive and took the bus. The hotel is right next to the bus stop, which is very convenient (´▽｀). The staff were very friendly, and the dinner and breakfast were delicious (´･ω･`). Every dish was delicious. I really liked the wagyu beef, oysters, bamboo shoots and sashimi for the appetizer. Although the amount didn't look big, it was actually quite filling. The hot springs were also very comfortable, and I soaked in them many times. "Because of Japan's Golden Week holiday, the bus we'd planned to take back to the hotel that evening wasn't running, leaving us stranded at Lover's Restaurant, quite far from the hotel, around 6 PM. We called the hotel, and the guy who answered the phone immediately drove over to pick us up. The room we booked, with its own onsen, was incredibly relaxing. A 10/10 rating is a must!"

"We stayed in a two-story maisonette-type room in one of the eight traditional Japanese-style rooms. All the rooms are spacious, so you can choose between a single-story or two-story room depending on your preference. All the dishes were delicious. While it may not be a luxurious meal featuring seafood unique to West Izu, the freshness and quality were impeccable. There were some negative reviews regarding the staff's service, but we had no trouble communicating, and I appreciated their earnest efforts to speak Japanese. Due to the season, many insects were attracted to the lights of the inn. Despite the location, I had no complaints about the inn's attitude. It seems that the issues mentioned in past reviews have been improved in recent years. We hardly encountered any other guests, and the staff's service was excellent. I would consider returning in a different season."
