"We could not sleep because of the bar and disco music coming from next bars that went until 3 or 4 am every night. We tried to cancel our room and they wouldn't let us cancel. The manager did move us to a smaller different room which did not look over the bars. It was a little quieter but not much. The rooma were very clean but we do not recommend this hotel unless you want to party. The balcony chair was broken and could not be used. The pool was very small and there were no lounge chairs."

"Coral Ixtapa is a very nice hotel. The rooms a very spacious and clean. However the hotel is very old and needs up dating. The beds are firm but we brought a memory foam pad that we checked in a large suitcase. Made all the difference in the world! The view from patio is beautiful overlooking pool and golf course. Location is about 1.5 miles from hotel zone. We walked everywhere but like walking."

Hun hilser os ved check-in og check-out, fik os til at føle os virkelig vigtige, og gik ovenpå og ud for at tage os og vores familier under hele turen. Vi er så taknemmelige for alt, hun gjorde for os, og vi vil meget anbefale både Pacifica Ixtapa og Ledy til enhver, der planlægger et bryllup eller ferie her."
