"This is my honest review! Stayed here from 16 June - 23 June 2026. Location – 5/5 I honestly can’t fault the location. The hotel is conveniently close to the airport and within easy reach of Rhodes Old Town, making it a great for exploring the island. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, and supermarkets nearby, and the beach is right on the doorstep. The surrounding area feels safe and public transport links are easily accessible. Atmosphere – 3/5 The atmosphere was mixed. The hotel itself is busy and lively, particularly around the pool area, and there was entertainment available throughout the day and evening. However, it lacked the luxury and relaxing atmosphere I would expect from a five-star hotel. While some guests may enjoy the lively environment, I found it felt more like a standard holiday resort than a premium hotel experience. Rooms – 2/5 Unfortunately, the rooms were one of the biggest disappointments for me. They simply did not feel like five-star accommodation. The bathroom was extremely small and it only had a bath with a shower head. The floor became incredibly slippery after showering, which felt dangerous. Unlike most five-star hotels I’ve stayed in, there were no toiletries provided. The towels were surprisingly small, and the hairdryer was so weak that drying your hair took forever. The television offered very limited entertainment, with only one channel available to watch. The fridge struggled to keep drinks and snacks properly cold. The air conditioning was effective enough but incredibly loud, rumbling throughout the night and making it difficult to sleep. I also found the bedsheets quite rough and itchy, which further impacted comfort. Value for Money – 2/5 Considering I paid over £1,000 for this holiday, I do not feel the hotel offered good value for money. While the location is excellent, many aspects of the hotel fell well below what I would expect from a five-star. Had it been advertised as a three star hotel, my expectations would have been different, but for the price paid, I expected a significantly higher standard throughout. Cleanliness – 3/5 Overall cleanliness was acceptable, and the hotel appeared reasonably well maintained. However, on several occasions it seemed that the beds had simply been remade rather than the linens being changed. While the rooms were generally tidy, attention to detail could certainly be improved. Noise Levels – 2/5 The walls are very thin, meaning you can hear almost everything happening in the corridors and neighbouring rooms. Conversations, doors slamming, and people walking past were all clearly audible, particularly early in the morning and late at night. If you’re a light sleeper, this may be an issue. Service – 3/5 Service was inconsistent. Some members of staff were lovely, friendly, and helpful, while others came across as quite rude and uninterested. "This hotel is a budget option with wonderful staff and sits in an excellent position on the Ixia coast. The rooms was clean, beds changed daily, fresh towels and great sea views. The downside Awful food stayed on a BB basis would not recommend anymore than that sadly. Some awful guests who were noisy, slamming doors shouting in the early hours and one large family were just awful took their child to the toilet in the flower bed right outside the dining room window when the toilet was 20 metres away 🙈 not what I would want to see again."

"The hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool."

"Jeg mener, hvad jeg kan sige, Det er som mig i en paradis mad er billig og meget god og ikke engang får mig startet på de ansatte, de er meget sød og høflig, og det tog ikke engang lang tid at spise klar, og stedet var meget ren og rolig, Jeg vil anbefale denne buffet meget, og jeg ville sandsynligvis komme tilbage til det hver dag, og jeg ville bringe mine venner kaldet Bob, John, Mike, Blake, Steve, Liam og Neel.Også mine plus-søstre nydte dette sted, da de elsker søde behandlinger! "Vi havde en vidunderlig tid.Den første dag fik vi ikke de værelser, vi betalte for.Men receptionen var virkelig sød og gav os, hvad vi bad om dagen efter omkring 13.Vi boede i hovedbygningen og sov meget godt. Hvis du har vinduet åben på toilettet, vil du sandsynligvis høre børnepoolen, selv om døren er lukket.Maden er virkelig smuk, pizzaen er meget populær og smag så godt.Du skal være hurtig, hvis du vil have det. De vil ikke stoppe med at lave dem, en er væk, en anden er allerede klar.Restauranten var virkelig smuk buffet.Der er noget for alle.Vi elsker de forskellige temaer. Personalet er virkelig sødt, især animationsholdet, de gør det alle rigtig sjovt, vi elsker især Leslie, han var virkelig sjov, og har så meget energi.Ikke noget dårligt om ham. The pools are really nice, we’ve mostly been in the big pool, but the smaller pool is actually really nice and will be really warm at the end of the day about 16-17. Vi nydte cocktails i aftenen i gården, som var lækker og meget rimeligt pris.Området og nærheden: - Hotellet er i området Ixia, omkring 20 minutter til Rhodes Town med bus eller €13 i en taxi. - Det er en kort gåtur til lokale restauranter og barer.Vi anbefaler restauranten Napoli for lækre græske og italienske.Det er en autentisk taverna og også rimelig.-Ixia har ingen sandstrande, meget som resten af Vestkysten. Den lokale offentlige strand er kun 10 minutters gang fra hotellet, men vi er ikke en fan af meget pebble/rocky strande, så vi gav dette en miss. - Gå til Østkysten for sandstrande.Det er €12 for en overførsel til Faliraki, som har sandstrande kun omkring 30 minutters kørsel fra hotellet.- Rhodes Old Town er smuk.Det er enormt, så det giver masser af tid, og der er absolut ladninger af butikker. - Vi tog en smuk bådtur på Romantika Dreams for at svømme på Anthony Quinn og to andre bade om dagen. Denne særlige båd var perfekt for os, fordi den var virkelig behagelig, og vi har brug for et valg af skygge og solskin, mens mange andre både var lidt udsat. Det gav også en nyberedt frokost med kylling, pasta, salat, dips osv. og komplimentær vin og bløde drikkevarer.Vi behandlede os selv til en dag i Villa Di Mare, som er en 15-minutters gang fra Hotel Nathalie. Du betaler €10 pp for en solsenge (herunder paraply) og kan bruge deres pool mens du nyder live DJ musik og nem adgang direkte til havet via en dejlig promenade!"
