"The hotel is brand new. It’s clean, the bed is more than comfortable, the room is spacious and beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, the gym is amazing, the spa was outstanding, the staff were unbelievable, the location is perfect and there is parking. I can’t say enough amazing things because it really was the perfect adult only hotel. But…. And the only but was that we wanted a swim up pool as described on the websites “Heated swim up” with what looks like in the pictures a double bed into the water. It’s not that at all. There is a regular patio with a table and two chairs and a tiny pool with no sun and the water is an ice bath not fit for human beings unless u do cold plunges. We paid double for this room and it was for nothing. Our friends stayed in a regular room facing the pool and paid half the price. There is a noise from the road so I imagine a higher floor on the opposite side is better because it’s sea facing. But other than that everything was 10/10. The pic I have added was the maximum sun the pool gets so maybe the end room gets a bit of sun in the afternoon. But no bed into the pool."

"Instead of a room with a garden and pool view, I was given a room without a view. I had to discuss the issue with the front desk manager. Elevators are inadequate There is not enough space by the pool, it is booked in advance."

"Vi havde alle den mest fantastiske tid på dette hotel.Maden var smagfuld og frisk vi kunne ikke klage det var smukt, de gjorde forskellige teman aftener, men der var altid noget for alle-- min datter har OCD og mad er en udløser. Men efter to dages spise chips begyndte hun at have mere sort, pandekager pizza, salat, pasta friske frugter og masser af chokoladekage-- Dubaikagen var hendes yndlings!Og min også.Aften underholdning var stor. Udsigterne fra dækningen af hovedrestauranten er fantastiske.Mine piger nydte at spille på lufthockeybordet og svømme i poolen.Der er en butik på forsiden, hvor du kan købe flodbølger og ringe til poolen. Mens jeg her bookede mig selv en fuld krop massage, og det var en af de bedste, super afslappende og bare hvad jeg havde brug for.Mine eneste negle var, at nogle gange var bruseren ikke altid varm, og de slidesporte i rummet var lidt temperamental. Men hotellets renhed, madsikring er lavet til dette.Personalet er ekstremt hårdt arbejde og hjælpsomt- rengøringspersonalet er smukt og stolt af deres arbejde.Alt i alt, en smuk og sikker ikke alt for stor resort perfekt for familier og par. Vi vil være tilbage for at være sikre og håbe på at bringe mine forældre med os, da jeg ved, de vil elske det.Tak for at give os den bedste familieferie."

"2nd time we've stayed at Nathalie and we loved it. Staff are brilliant can't do enough for you, Maria cooks breakfast then runs the pool bar she is the most pleasant and friendly person you could wish for. Rooms are spotless linen changed regularly. Most of the other guests we spoke to had also stayed there previously. I'm sure if you visit the Nathalie you will also find yourself returning."

"The hotel was very dated,the maid didn't come to clean our room ,the breakfast was average,the beach was so pebley ,I am never going there again,on the other foot the hotel was 10 minutes away from all bars and restaurants , we found a excursion place and booked to go to lindos that was a beautiful place a must visit."
