Then the services and amenities offered, in the hotel, restaurant, and room... But we were most impressed with the proactive and very friendly staff, for instance, waiter Nando at the restaurant. Nevertheless we must single out the four attendants at the front desk, where Thayná and Morgana very cheerfully solved our slightly botched online reservation upgrade and landed us at the magnificent room 1006, where we could watch the blue sea while lying in our king size bed; and mind you, the curtains could be managed remotely!"
