Food was not as before 2 years Before breakfast was super and multiple option Now very less option

Does not have the amenities of a 5-star hotel; pool is quite small, rooms are average. You are paying a premium price for the location, rather than the hotel itself.

this is a nice hotel slightly needs more dusting done in the rooms. Close to places staff talks nicely nice view of hagia sofia from room. The cleaning lady was absolutely fantastic she was so nice and had smile on her face all times.

Really bad location , service and quality . Sheets & pillows were not changed despite marks on them , some bugs were flying after first house keeping visit . Every floor has a permanent trolley parked for cleaning . Getting a cab to or from the hotel is extremely difficult . So it’s better for solo travellers who use public transportation but with kids not really friendly

A decent budget hotel. Nowhere close to a luxury hotel as promoted. I had to duck everytime I had to take a bath! Quite bad! Along with the typical Istanbul hospitality with some sort of ulterior motive(get us their preferred car driver etc)

The service is without a doubt amazing! Everyone is super friendly and always willing to help. The location is perfect next to the tram.

What a fantastic hotel in a great location . Near the blue mosque and grand bazaar both within walking distance . Bed was comfortable and room a decent size . Staff were very helpful and a quick response when something needed . Lots of places to eat nearby around the surrounding streets & a good breakfast provided by the hotel with good selection of cold and hot options .

Good location and very good breakfeast, very busy hotel, stuff are good and helpfull. Just a problem with check in time it is streched to 2 pm, it is not convienient for families with young childern who may be travelling for long hours and need to settle and rest after a long flight.

it was very conveniently located with easy access and the staff were very helpful as well. it was close to all amenities. i would reccomend this hotel to anyone as it reasonably priced as well

Nice modern hotel, well located very close to tramline, little difficult with taxis in this area but if you have time you can find one. Traditional restaurants, sites, and bazaar are within walking distance.

The hotel location and accessibility to the old town are enormous. But the noise from the hallway is not soundproof at all. And the hotel staff didn't solve the request to call a taxi, so I waited for an hour and solved the transportation by myself.
