Chatrium Hotel Riverside Bangkok

Great stay with my mom. The room was comfortable, the service was warm and attentive, and the riverside atmosphere was lovely. We especially appreciated the thoughtful birthday cake surprise. A relaxing and pleasant stay overall.

We got the hotel room at quite a good deal. Room is very big and comfortable. Comes with complimentary mini bar and it's quite generous. Breakfast spread is huge too.

Camenback after 7 years, still as good as I remember. They now offer a boat shuttle to icon Siam - bonus! Highly recommend and would return.

Such a beautiful stay at Chatrium riverside. Everything is smooth convenient. Breakfast is very good we will definitely come back.

Location is nice. Transportaion convenient via water taxi fr the Hotel to Saphan Taksin . Facilities are good, food good, room is good except the shower which has no pressure and slow flow.

Only stayed for 2 nights but had a great time. Every staff we encountered throughout our stay were so friendly, right from the second we arrived, through check in and arriving for breakfast, up till sheltering us with umbrellas to our taxi on our last day. Even when my husband's t-shirt flew off the balcony and got stuck near the drain, the staff were also so kind to help us retrieve it. I've been to bangkok many times, but first time staying near the riverside so loved being able to experience another side of bangkok and really appreciated the shuttle boat to explore the area.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely come back again. The location is perfect – everything you need is within walking distance, including restaurants, shops, and public transportation. It made exploring the city very convenient. The hotel itself is very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Considering the excellent location, cleanliness, and overall quality, the price was very reasonable and offered great value for money. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and conveniently located place to stay. Thank you for a great experience!

Chatrium is the perfect hotel for us every time we are in Bangkok. Great value for money, fantastic location and, despite being close to several attractions, it’s tucked away in a calm oasis.
