"The hotel itself is good, it is on the first line. Just 2 minutes and you are at the lake. But while the hotel is being completed and finishing works are underway, so there are temporarily some problems associated with this. For example, the gym is dirty and dusty. The pool is also unfinished, the jacuzzi does not work. The rooms themselves are good, new. Everything is clean. Of the minuses: poor water pressure in the shower. We were unlucky, there was no water in the village all day, and when it was turned on, the lights went out. But this did not depend on the hotel, but on the general shutdown. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are included. There is little choice, but the food is delicious."

"I enjoyed a one night stay in this charming guest house, and I wish I could stay longer. After exploring the country, I realized there are many types of guesthouses with different levels of comfort and service, and Kemin Guesthouse is definitely the best I’ve experienced. It is a beautiful hidden gem immersed in nature, in Chong Kemin National Park. The design of the main structure and the rooms is inspired by nature, with wooden decoration and handmade details. The rooms are very comfortable, spotless clean and give a feeling of being in a home away from home. I had breakfast and dinner in their restaurant which has wonderful views over the mountains. The food was delicious and refined, prepared with a special touch and using fresh ingredients including fruits and vegetables. Aziz, the owner looks after his guesthouse with passion and special care. He speaks perfect English which was a pleasant surprise and gave us the chance to interact and have a conversation. He offered me a very warm welcome and ensured I had a perfect stay. I truly recommend the experience! "

"There is no entrance at the given address, and the entrance is on another street. However, since there is no sign, it is difficult to find the accommodation. There was no TV in the room and Wi-Fi was not available inside the accommodation. For drinks, we had to pour water from a large container placed in the hallway, which was quite inconvenient. Although the property has a total of 12 rooms, we were the only guests during our stay. At night, there were no staff members on site, which created an unsettling atmosphere. There was no prior information about breakfast, so in the morning we had to call the number posted on the wall to request it. Breakfast was brought to our room at 8:23 a.m., but since there was only one chair in the room, we would have had to eat on the floor. For this reason, we decided to skip breakfast. We booked this accommodation for two nights but ended up checking out after just one night. Relying on the single positive review was a mistake, and unfortunately, this experience had a negative impact on our visit to Issyk-Kul Lake."
