"The hotel is conveniently located right on the lake shore. It's strange that guests have to pay extra for parking – 200 KGS per day. Lunch and dinner are served individually, with no choice of dishes. The portions are large, but we didn't eat everything. Breakfast is a buffet and quite acceptable. There are many families with children, and the soundproofing is non-existent. You can hear children shouting in the corridors and rooms until late at night. The rooms are clean, with great floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wonderful view."

The owners were welcoming and friendly and always up for a chat. In the evening at the campfire pleasant conversations with other travelers. The food is also excellent."

"Pros - one block to a beach. Fairly clean. Cons- Off putting approach through ramshackle buildings. Very small room, about 14 sq meters. No AC. No alcohol allowed or served. No overnight desk person, which was a problem because there were two rooms with loud parties until after midnight. There are two buildings and the connection between them involves a small rabbit warren of steps and turns. Just a very odd building. No elevator. No lobby but can sit in the restaurant."
