"Beautiful…. We use this hotel for work sometimes as the rooms feature our beautiful Keuco product in the bathrooms. It’s great for our customers to be able to use them personally. Rooms are beautiful, staff are great and the food is lovely! Only thing missing here for me is a gym! Beautiful spa area though! Looking forward to staying again soon."

"De smukke værelser, medarbejderne var meget sødt, men de kunne sige, at de havde en masse på deres plade.Desværre forblev vores plader tomme efter valg på grund af den fuldstændige blasfemi, de kaldte margarita Pizza. Dysten var under kogt, pizzasagen indeholdt den af en kompostbunke, overfyldt med forårsløg som garn og ost, der blev fremstillet i et laboratorium. Vi betalte 11€ for en pizza (som kom ud på kuverter præ-skåret betyder, at vi fik ca. 3-snit hver).Hamburgeren var meget lille og blev komplimenteret med 5-chips kun for 20€. Pizzaen efterlod også nogle af os med alvorligt dårlig madforgiftning.... væggene var meget tynde, så støj fra andre værelser kunne høres meget klart.Ikke til 4-stjernerating"

"Our stay from 31.8 to 1.9. was disappointing with you in room 216! We stayed with you on recommendation of friends from Iser pay at a greater family celebration. We were told by friends your rooms were renovated. When looking at your home page we thought this was confirmed to find: “Enjoy your stay! .... After completely redesign the house is new ...” Room 216 is not renovated for many years. Significant defects: long-sticked shower access, silicium fuels, old water damage to the bathroom door, flat tape, broken garden, view of a wall right in front of the room window. All that contrasts massively with the impression that is mediated from the photos on your home page. In addition, we received a muffy smell in the room, which pointed to hygienic problems in this room. According to the friendly lady at the reception there were no quality differences in the other rooms. Therefore, a change of room would not have been helpful. We could not strengthen our friends and guests from Izerlohn, The hotel is a good hotel."
