"What a great little guest house phoned up Sunday morning asking could they accommodate us immediately and Nick had a room available I offered to pay extra for early entry and was immediately told no the lovely guest house was £69 for the night and in the city centre very clean tea and coffee facilities excellent I won’t hesitate to stay their again can’t thank Nick enough for all his hospitality good luck to a great wee guest house. "Well what a hidden gem! We stayed here as my partner had stayed here on a work trip and was wowed. The self contained studio ( Number 3) was tucked up a side street just off the harbour behind the bed & breakfast. It had a key safe so totally contactless. On entering the studio the decor is so well done lovely muted colours and a high ceiling make this feel very spacious. There was a tv on the wall which has freebies channels. Also a mini fridge, a mini ironing board with a full sized iron and a hair dryer. A little table and chairs was also in the room along with bedside shelves which had lamps conveniently placed above them and also electric sockets. There was good lighting besides the lamps and to shut the daylight away the window had shutters rather than boring curtains. The bathroom was spacious with a large shower. Towels were provided and plenty of toilet roll. There wasn’t any shower gel or shampoo but hand wash was was provided. The bathroom also has a skylight which flooded the room with daylight. An extra lovely touch to go with the tea and coffee also provided was the biscuits and tunnocks caramel bar. The studios were ideally placed near the harbour and only a minute or two away from from a variety of pubs, cafe and restaurant. The beautiful beach was about a 5 minute walk away The value for money is second to none. The studio was clean and in such a good spot. I wish we could of stayed a lot longer!"
