"They messed up my airport pick up thé driver was delayed and got harassed by all the drivers at the airport. He showed up at the end late when everyone from that flight already left the plane. My room was downstairs and the staff was not at all respectful they were sitting on the couch outside my door and speaking loud and watching videos on their phone in the evening and morning. The worst part is the morning they started banging the floor before 8am as they had some maintenance to do with tiles.. unprofessional team.."
