Highly recommend to any lawyers from other states who travels on a regular basis to attend Ipoh High Court and needs to stay for at least one night."

"We stayed for 1 night to celebrate with our relatives for the Chinese New Year celebration. Upon entry, we found that the hotel was beautiful and has a unique interior design. The first room we were assigned to unfortunately had a water leak from the ceiling, and we found that the beds were slightly wet with water marks. However, the staff were quick to act and immediately assigned us to another room. The service from the staff members were excellent. The location if the hotel is very close to the town centre, which would be good for tourists. At night, it was a bit hard for us to stay asleep because of the loud sounds from the cars and bikes passing by the accommodation. Overall, our stay was okay, and it was cozy."

"Very strategic location but seems cleanliness big issue as toilet basin leaking and when we check in has some left over rubbish in the room and the pillow case seems long time didn't change. In terms of location it's very strategic travel within Ipoh town area. Do take note when exit lift area there a slight slope which me and my wife almost fell down. Think hotel must put a various sign on this too especially for elderly not aware such risk"

"D'Kelly overall a nice hotel for our overnight stay in Ipoh. The hotel's beautiful lobby with a nice cafe/coffee house next door definitely inviting. The Standard Twin Beds Room was adequate, maybe a bit small for longer stay. Bedding & Pillows were nice & bathroom pretty good. The pool & chill out lounge on the roof top definitely inviting & great for family with children. Will stay again if I visit Ipoh"

"Hotel is located near a small lake. Location is good if you have a car as surroundings is quiet with good scenary. It is actually an apartment with 3 bedrooms. We booked 1 bedroom unit 2 other bedrooms and the guest toilet were locked. The room is big as it is equipped with a kitchen and living room. The apartment and the room facilities are somewhat aged though in general is clean. The toilet ensuited with the master bedroom is small. Breakfast varieties and taste are good."

"I've stayed here before, and while it was a bit pricier this time, the experience wasn't great. The room had a strong smoke smell as soon as I walked in. The microwave wasn't cleaned properly and had an odor, and the sofa was dirty and hadn't been cleaned. Plus, there was no Wi-Fi router."

"Here’s a polished, warm version you can send—friendly, appreciative, and clear 🌷 (I kept your original points, just smoothed the flow and tone.) ⸻ The hotel was very pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast was nice, with a good variety of vegetables for the salad. The Singapore-style bihun goreng was so yummy! However, the rice for the nasi lemak tasted a little bit unusual. My kids really enjoyed the cereal, bihun goreng, bread with jam, and the pastries. Plus, near the hotel, there were plenty of restaurant and kiosk options around the Bulatan Sultan Azlan Shah area. At night, you can rent bicycles, buggies, and other vehicles to ride around the roundabout—it was so much fun! There was even a small train, which the kids absolutely loved. In the morning, after our wonderful breakfast, my kids and I went back to the roundabout for a brisk walk and spent some time at the playground. It was really enjoyable and a great way to start the day. I would also like to send my appreciation to Trip.com customer service. The staff responded to my issue promptly and truly tried their best to resolve it. I’m very happy and grateful for the support from Trip.com. Keep up the great service!"
