This dapper villa was built in 1989 and has been carefully renovated in 2016. During hot summer days, you can refresh yourself in the 5mx 3m private chlorine pool with a depth of 1.3m. The pool is surrounded by a mediterranean garden with different plants, Buddha-Statues and trees, a heavenly place for making a barbecue, having a glass of wine on the terrace, taking a nap on the sofa or getting tanned on one of the two loungers. The plot is fenced and there are no direct neighbors. Once inside you will be surprised by the special style and care with which this house has been renovated. The living room with large sofa invites you to watch TV (satellite, but only German and Spanish channels) or to light a fire in the wood-burning cooker on autumn evenings. The kitchen and dining area are open to the living room, including a vitro-ceramic cooker and all the necessary utensils to prepare your favourite dishes.
