"Nice room yet particularly unfrendly/unhelpfull/unprofessional staff at the desk. Check in was a total disaster (zero eye contact, not even a hello or smile: plus zero information regarding the hotel facilities). And check out was worse. Even though not busy, he simply does not seem to care at all about guests (my wife also had to "deal" with him and a simple request turned out to be a pain). In comparison, the lady at the desk was very open. Please change job if you don't like service or are frustrated for whatever reason we don't pay to cope with. Too bad as the hotel seemed great but we won't be back: the ones we tried afterwards in San Remo and in nearby cities were way nicer/friendlier."

"I stayed here for four days before leaving for Mallorca, and despite a small mix-up (not the fault of the staff), I have to say I had a great time. The staff was attentive to every detail and customer service, and the rooms were modern with air conditioning, kettles, smart TVs, and many other amenities. The panoramic terrace was fantastic, the gym was great, and the breakfast was remarkable. What can I say... I felt truly pampered. I'll definitely be back! Thanks again for the wonderful stay."

"Affitacamere Tere is located in a picturesque medieval borgo, Ceriana. The owner - la Signora Bruna, is a lovely lady. She runs the hotel smootly, offering comfortable rooms, toiletries, lots of towells, twice a week room cleaning, and lots of guidance - if you speak Italian. The prices are more than humble for the area. The hotel is on the main street, via Italia, so you practically have access to the grocery stores, coffee stores, bars, restaurants, fiestas, etc. There is daily sheduled bus transportation to Sanremo, and from Sanremo to other shore points. Lodging to Tere for a week was a nice, relaxing break for me. I felt very welcomed and comfortable. For this reason I want to give credit where credit is due. Many thanks, R"

"Værelset vi boede i var lille og ikke særlig rent. Der var hår i sengen og støv overalt. Lugten var forfærdelig. Fjernbetjeningen til tv'et virkede ikke, og der var en halv rulle toiletpapir på badeværelset. Vi kommer helt sikkert ikke tilbage. "
