"Be careful booking this place through a third party. My father booked a room here through ***********. The payment never confirmed and no confirmation email arrived, so we assumed it failed and booked again through another site under my name. Both bookings turned out to be live. We only found out at the reception desk. We raised it immediately. The man at the desk, Mohammed, told us he would contact the company. We went back to him five times over the course of the evening. Every time we got the same answer and no result. No follow up, no explanation, and a dismissive attitude that made it clear the problem was ours, not his. After a full day of travelling that is the last thing you want to deal with. The next morning the office did reply by email, and that response was polite and honest. They explained the booking had come in through a third party agent, that the money had not reached them, and that they could not refund it themselves. Fair enough. But that information could have been given to us at the desk on the first evening instead of the fifth visit. So two warnings. Book direct if you can, because third party bookings for this property go through an agent and if anything goes wrong nobody at the hotel can fix it. And do not count on the reception desk to help you if something does go wrong."

"Dette er en 3-stjernede ejendom, men 5-stjernede service.Jeg har booket et Deluxe værelse.Mange gode naturlige lys, og du kan se denne ejendom gøre en stor indsats for at gøre den udseende ren og tidlig, selv om den er gammel og dateret.Kærlighed til deres stueplads. De har en lille fladskærms-tv med mange sportskanaler.Badeværelsessprøjte er badeværelse, men let at operere.Tomt koldt køleskab for dig at sætte dine ting.De har også en aircone, der virker.Jeg betalte Euro 180 for dette rum, der også omfatter middag. Jeg bad om tidlig middag klokken fem og halvdelen, og de er fleksible, og middagen er typisk frittet kylling med ris og grøntsager + fritter!Ingen drama, der beder om flere flasker vand, som de ikke betalte mig. Morgenmaden begynder kl. 7 og da vi gik ned klokken 6:45, spurgte kokken, om vi var klar til morgenmad og lavede friske varme Msemmen (LOVE) og friske æg for os.Jeg anbefaler stærkt, at alle, der skal bo i Imlil for at holde sig her. Jeg gjorde en fejl ved at vælge Kasbah Du Toubkal at tænke er et meget bedre gæstehus end her efter mit topmøde.Jeg burde have boet her efter topmødet i Toubkal."

"The Riad was lovely , a little walk from the taxi station but in an incredible location for access to hikes and views across the valley. We were greeted with mint tea and the owner was welcoming. The breakfast was huge, delicious and cheap. The dinner was also fantastic value for money and some of the best tagine we had in Morocco. We definitely intend to be back and recommend to everyone!"
