"Alt er meget godt. Udsøgt udstyr og service. God morgenkaffe. Restaurant på gæsterne er meget ærlig og nem og komfort til ophold. Jeg blev i en overlegen suite. Værelset er meget stort og hyggeligt, med vrn og netværk. En delikat. Poolen er også meget god og den gode forstand. Stjerner til den meget opmærksom og ydeevne Erik embedsmand altid. Godt op til hosting"

"This was the worst experience I've had since I started booking through Trip. The hotel didn't honor what was stated in my reservation, and worse, they charged me extra to accommodate my daughter, who was on the reservation, and didn't even prepare the room for her. I complained, and after 2 hours they improvised a sofa bed – a complete absurdity! A hotel of this size shouldn't have this kind of service. My reservation stated "Junior Suite with Garden View," but they put me in the last building with a view of the forest – which is outrageous! I WILL NEVER RETURN TO THIS HOTEL AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANY MORE ACCOMMODATION PACKAGES THROUGH THIS PLACE. It was regrettable."

"What a wonderful stay at Casa Imbale! It's  a cozy beach house, and  Conrado, a very-friendly Italian owner and all his staff, will insure you'll feel comfortably at home. A perfect location by the palm-tree lined  Imbassai beach;  a very delicious tropical breakfast  with lots of daily treats, served daily at the garden.  The rooms are cleaned daily. The facilities are modest and functional, but the warm and genuine Brazilian-style hospitality is a  luxury, a gift, a traveling experience you'll  enjoy, treasure and share, as I did! I'll sure return!"

Breakfast is adequate, but it could be presented more attractively (e.g., decorated with flowers at the buffet). The pool area is rather uninviting; it could be improved. The town is quite basic, with few restaurants and more kiosks. It's a shame the beach bar closes at 4:00 PM. The beach bar could be made more inviting…"
