"I really liked everything about the hotel until it was time to check out. The reception staff didn't seem to know if I had paid for all my restaurant expenses, even though I had the receipt machine's proof in hand. They kept holding me up to confirm if everything was paid. I found this very annoying because when we arrived, we were informed at the restaurant that consumption was to be paid on the spot and not charged to the room number. So we paid for everything with Pix as we went. And in the end, they still weren't sure if everything was paid. I found it super strange. We are simple people traveling as a family for the first time, but it felt like they thought we were poor and trying to skip out on the bill, even though everything was already paid."

"I stayed in the deluxe room and was very comfortable, clean every day, we had only a problem with the shower. Well located, with a new structure and very well decorated. I loved the bottom of the sandy foot. Excellent breakfast too."
