"We arrived late at night, got an upgraded room, lots of people complaining about the head but the air con in our room was amazing. Pool was a let down half the pool shut for swim lessons very noisy and busy not very relaxing with parents all stood round the room did not feel cancelled relax like you want to at a hotel pool, breakfast was good, apart from other customers allowing their children to pick up pastries and put them back and taking food they didn't want back to the buffet, nobody wants food that's been on someone else's plate. Reception staff very good trying to deal with lots of angry people but from my perspective we had a beautiful room"

"Service rubbish. Wasn't greeted upon arrival on check in. Book breakfast with my room and got told that it wasn't there. Had to contact trip.com several times even tho it wasn't a fault on their part. Trip.com had tried to call the hotel several times and send emailes over the course of three hours to which the miserable woman on reception hadn't responded to. Eventually when I went to reception she originally refused to speak to trip.com as I had them on the phone. The attitude I was met with stunk. Her response was well you didn't book it direct through marriot bonvoy so it's not my problem. Them had issues with the ac, was constantly blowing out hot air even on 15 degrees. Got told there wasn't any fans in the hotel apparently! Eventually moved rooms at 1.20am which was unnecessary and could be avoided if the air conditioning had been checked prior to arrival... seems like the room I was in wasn't the only one with issues clearly. Overall not a nice stay and not worth the money with the issues encountered"

"A lovely stay from start to finish. Friendly reception upon arrival and an easy check-in process. They changed our room to one without a balcony as we had our young son with us, which was thoughtful. The grounds and building are well kept and the bedroom was so clean and modern. The bar was handy for drinks, snacks and sport (we just missed last food orders but pizzas looked good). We had a lovely breakfast the next day in a beautiful large room off the library, which had plenty of options for adults and children!"

"Dens nær Piccadilly station, der er Piccadilly og Bakerloo linje, meget bekvem.Går til Buckingham, Trafalgar, stor ben, Oxford Street, Westminister, national galarium, Chinatown er meget hurtig og nem. Han blev ved piccadily zedwell sidste gang, jeg kom, men denne gang kom alene, så jeg bookede det her.Sikkerhed var ret streng, han måtte tjekke dit kort før han lod dig komme ind. Jeg ville ikke tilskynde, men jeg forlod mine ting i kapslen uden at låse og gik ud.De sælger låse der, men jeg glemte bare at tage mine ans ikke ville købe, intet var tabt. Stedet er pænt og ren, ventilationen i kapslen er også god, jeg troede, det ville være varmt, men det viser sig, at jeg var lidt kold midt om natten. Toilet var rent, medmindre vandet i bruseren eller dykken er begge meget varmt, kunne jeg endda se damp.De har sæbe i bruseren og dykning, men jeg bragte min i stedet.De giver ikke håndklæde, så tag en med. Overordnet var erfaringen god og dejlig, vil helt sikkert være tilbage igen, når jeg besøger London igen."
