"Our experience at this Hotel was terrible. The receptionist at the desk couldn't be bothered. She took us to the room she put the key in the lock it wouldn't even turn. The receptionist left us to work out how to open the door ourselves. Once inside, the fridge wasn't turned on, the air-conditioning wasnt turned on. The room was like a hotbox. By the time we worked out how the air-conditioning worked and turned on the fridge to put some water in because it was over 40 degrees and we were so hot while we were outside trying to work out how things worked. The room was so small you couldn't swing a cat in it. We were 4 people 2 double beds. Thats fine, one downstairs and one up stairs on a mezzanine which we couldn't stand upright in and hit our heads on the ceiling several times throughout the night. No care factor from the reception girl whatsoever. All she was interested in was sitting on the couch and looking at her phone every minute she could. Apparently there was a pool which we found out about after we left the place and nobody bothered to tell us that there was one. We will never be going back to that place again and definitely will not recommend it to anyone. Put us off of Ikaria which is an amazing place ...😡"

"No no no. Nonexistant soundproofing, dirty bathroom. As you can see from the photos the place is right next to a local highway. All rooms face the road. I couldnt get even one good nights sleep - the whole room was vibrating from the passing cars and bombarded by sounds of other tenants. You can find way cheaper stay in Ikaria with much more value for money. Look for studios other than this one"

"This place is trash. I had a family emergency and had to cancel my trip there with my son for April 2025 and they would not reimburse me. I will never stay here in the future. They have plenty of time to re book the room as my stay was over a month away, and they still won't provide a rewind. I think that's unacceptable and bad business. I encourage anyone thinking about staying here to the read the reviews on *******. Lots of okayish reviews claiming the amenities and cleanliness are not up to par. God forbid you have an emergency and can't make your trip. You will lose your money. Beware!"
