"Our stay at the Hôtel Le Chamonix was extremely disappointing. I strongly advise against this establishment, because the quality is simply mediocre. The service leaves something to be desired, with deplorable behavior from employees and the manager. Despite prior agreement when booking for two children aged 6 years old to be free, we were surprised to see them included in the bill, and the manager did not keep his first word. An unpleasant experience with excessive prices."

"If I could give 0 stars I would. The hotel does not reflect the quality of a 4 stars hotel. The staff is uninterested and the manager is borderline rude. The room was dusty and the carpets were dirty. I found loose hair on the floor. The TV service partly worked. No room service I was given a room with said ‘veranda’ on the first floor (rez de chaussé) where the glassdoors didnt close. Whats the point of having a room key? They provided no slippers so I was using my sneakers the whole time. I needed a glass and i asked everyone from the hotel room service to the manager, they say okey but the glass cup never arrived. Waste of money."

"We took a break to drink coffee in this establishment. I am seated, I am served a coffee. I barely touched it; I'm going to the bathroom. When I return, the table is cleared. The waiter refuses to refill my coffee. In addition to the politeness of the staff, the place is not welcoming (except the terrace in full sun) and lacks hygiene."

"It's a shame we can't give a negative rating, as everything from arrival to departure is deplorable. The room we were given didn't match the photos at all, and coincidentally, no other rooms were available. The bathroom was stuck in the 80s, the walls were questionable, and the bedding was unacceptable for a hotel. In short, this place is absolutely to be avoided."
