"I've never stayed in a hotel with such poor service and encountered such awful front desk staff. It was a complete scam. We booked a suite, and upon check-in, the front desk told us a bottle of wine would be delivered to each room, just call for it. However, the front desk number never went through during our stay. When we were about to check out, we went to pick it up and asked about the wine. The receptionist said the card clearly stated it could only be used in the restaurant, which doesn't open until 7 PM. They then quickly checked us out. After checking out, while waiting for our luggage, I looked at the card again. The last line said I could call room service to have it delivered to my room. They had already deceived us. I asked again, and the same receptionist said they had already checked out and no longer owned the room, so they couldn't give us the wine. It turns out the person who checked us out first was actually waiting for us. :)"

"Fabulous hotel right on the beach The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. It’s about 15 minutes to walk into town along the beach pathway. There’s parking for those who have a car. Unfortunately we were there when there were storms etc at the end of cyclone Alice so our weather was very poor but thankfully we were in a lovely hotel with great meals. We really wished that the sauna was working as the indoor pool was very cold so we didn’t use it. There are some great local restaurants behind the hotel."

It has been our hotel of choice for many years when in Ibiza due to the central location however this trip we were particularly impressed by the level of service from all of the staff, especially Pepa, who went out of their way to welcome us and to accommodate any special requests. "Amazing hotel just steps from the beach! Our room had a sea view and the rooms were super spacious and comfortable. There's live music or games in the evenings—it's impossible to get bored. The food is delicious, and Chef Amin is a wonderful person. My wife was feeling unwell, and he made her a fantastic vegetable soup and puree. Thank you so much to the receptionist for helping with the taxis… We'll be back next year!"
