"The room was super cozy, and the waitress specially selected a river view room closest to the hot spring for us. It was great to soak in the hot spring while listening to the sound of running water! It snowed on the day of check-in, and the hot spring in the snow was really interesting. The town is not far from Reykjavik, and it is also a big town in Iceland. The transportation is convenient. Although there are not many people, there are still a few restaurants. If you are tired of the traditional set meal of the hotel, you can drive or walk to the restaurant in the town for a meal. The next morning, I saw tourists riding horses on the opposite mountain to explore the volcanic springs!"

"This is an apartment, not a hotel room. Lots of room for the kids, situated above an excellent restaurant. We'd happily stay here again, located near the thermal springs of the region which are a short drive up the road. Ours had in-unit laundry: A HUGE plus in Iceland! Two suggestions to make it even better...the kitchen needs dedicated a mid-size trash can and the scent diffuser could be loaded with a less strong blend...."
