"The hotel has a spa area which is nice. Right by the beach, it’s a beautiful place to stay."

"Hotel is neat and calm, well situated at 5mn walk from the sea. Rooms are small and 45EUR overcharge for each child per night does not make sense when there is no extra bed. Hotel facilities are fine. Food at the restaurant is very good but the choice is extremely limited with only three starters and three main courses so that it does not make sense to stay longer than one night at the hotel. The poor choice means you must look out for some other places to eat a few kilometers away by car. The local alternatives from the bar menu like a 250g beef for +90EUR must be ordered 24h in advance is very expensive, inconvenient and boring. Service was unequal, apparently better done by younger and less experienced staff. Client management by Sophie, the manager, was absolutely despicable. Sophie tried to overcharge us 400EUR when she charged us the full cost for a cancelled night in a future stay although the contract stipulated the hotel can only keep the advance, which was half the price of the room. We had a pretty long argument although the written conditions are pretty clear. Her very dishonest behaviour is absolutely unacceptable, particularly in a hotel supposed to cater for high quality service. At the end, Sophie the client manager had to accept the reality of the sales conditions. I am wondering how such person can be fit for a client service role unless her assignment is to screw the clients. For the last ten years, we almost always visit Relais & Chateaux while in France and this has been our only bad client experience. Besides the horrible experience with Sophie, the client manager, the small room and the limited menu convince us that this hotel is not appropriate for family or stay beyond one night. We will certainly never return there and do not recommend it."

"We found a little jewel here. I only wish it was around when I was 20! Superb modern place which was just a lovely place to stay in. Staff were friendly , pool lovely , room simple and everything you wanted , more toys than you could play with in a week, skateboards , bikes etc. lovely bar area, pool table and roof top to relax in. Young people and incredibly friendly. Very good value and free parking ⭐️"

"Stayed one night on way down to Spain. Nice check in welcomed very warmly and room checked that we could enter earlier. Very nice clean room facing the lake. No tea or coffee making or even water in room. We had booked half board and when we went to dinner they sat us at a table and that’s when it all went wrong. It was a table someone had pre ordered dinner for and we explained we weren’t that couple the waiter became very surly. We asked to see the menu and he slapped down a piece of paper and told us that was what we were having…I have a life threatening allergy to shellfish and it was paella on the menu so we asked for the a la carte menu which didn’t go down well. Long and short of it is if you have half board you have to accept what is on the menu and even though we had advised when booking of my allergy, it didn’t seem to register. We were still charged for two people having set menu plus what we ordered from a la carte. Breakfast was very good with continental fayre."

Der er faciliteter til selvopfyldning i rummet, men det morgenmad, der er til rådighed på hotellet (enkle franske stil), er fint, og den nærliggende "Tasta" restaurant er meget god til aftenen.Det er omkring 30 minutters gang til centrum af Hossegor, med andre restauranter og barer langs vejen afhængigt af sæsonen.Ejerene er venlige, og Jerome taler god engelsk.Vi troede, det var meget godt værdi, og vi kan meget anbefale det, hvis du foretrækker et mindre, roligere sted at bo."
