"This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in Hawaii. Because the international flight arrived relatively early, I checked in at the front desk at about 11 o'clock. I met an extremely mean and ****** Asian female front desk. She rolled her eyes and told us that we could only check in at least 3 pm (it doesn't take that long in all four seasons), and her attitude was extremely disdainful. Because I took an eight or nine-hour flight, I really wanted to use the spa to take a shower, but the front desk said there was no locker room available. When I went upstairs, it looked like a public toilet, worse than a university dormitory room, and it was very dirty and disgusting. I gave up and waited until we fell asleep in the hotel lobby, and they didn't notify us that the room was ready. At 2:55 pm, I went to ask if the room was ready. The Asian female front desk rolled her eyes and said, "Sorry, there are still 5 minutes before 3 o'clock." I was very angry and was about to complain, but she said she would check it out, and then came out with the key. I don't believe it was not intentional. The room facilities are extremely simple. The overall hygiene is very dirty (there was oil on the floor of the elevator once), and the large reclining sofa is also dirty and disgusting. In short, I will never come again. Just for reference. I suspect the good reviews are fake. Hygiene: very dirty and disgusting Environment: simple Service: extremely poor, bad, discriminatory"

"The hotel is great, especially the thorough and fun cleaning service, which even includes dishwashing daily. The dryer was a bit dirty, but the washing machine worked well, and the sunny balcony was perfect for drying clothes, making it ideal for a vacation. I was also pleasantly surprised to find a handheld steamer, which made ironing very convenient. The hotel also lends out sun umbrellas and beach chairs, but the quality isn't great – a strong wind could easily blow the umbrella away. Free coffee is available on the first floor before 9:30 AM, and you can buy onigiri just a short walk away. The only thing to watch out for are two of the female front desk staff – one named Rachel and another who looks somewhat Chinese – they are quite mean. I'd recommend seeking out the male staff for easier communication."

Just a heads-up: at check-in, the front desk might try to upsell you to a better room for an extra charge, but you can just politely decline. If I visit Oahu again, I'd still choose this hotel."

"The location was fantastic, only about a 7-minute walk to Waikiki Beach. The hotel staff were also very kind. Housekeeping comes every three days. I really appreciated that they lend out towels for the beach; it was great! After using them, you return the towels in the lobby, which kept our room from getting messy. Once we returned a towel, we got our lending card back, so we could borrow another one the next day when visiting different beaches. We rented a car and paid for parking. We were told we could park anywhere, but when we found it full and mentioned it, they moved one of the hotel's cars for us. For this price and location, I'm absolutely delighted! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants to save money but doesn't want to stay in a hostel, and prefers a clean place at the very least. Also, there's a poke place nearby called ''Maguro Spot'' that always had a long line. I was curious, tried it, and it was absolutely delicious – highly recommend!"

"Great location with excellent amenities and even has beach chairs and towels for guests to use over at Waikiki beach. pool area is good and has plenty of loungers. But be aware the bar and restaurant there, closes early at 10PM. Rooms can be a bit noisy as balconies transmit chair movement noise across floors. Not nice early in the morning! But location is very convenient and staff are exceptional."

"The room was comfortable with a clear view of Hawaii's scenery. The beach 🏖️ is also very close to the hotel. Parking costs extra, but check-in was very convenient. There's a small supermarket right across from the hotel, which was handy for grabbing daily necessities, food, and drinks."

"The views were lovely, and the rooms weren't too dated, although the bathrooms were all on the smaller side. We stayed in an oceanfront room for five nights! Service was practically non-existent, and the facilities were pretty basic, but I suppose that's often the case with hotels overseas. Overall, the location was excellent."
