"Traveling all the way to Inner Mongolia, I chose this grassland culture-themed hotel, and it did not disappoint. The entire hotel blends Mongolian architectural features with modern comfort. The corridors, decorations, and murals all showcase grassland culture, making every photo Instagram-worthy. The staff at the 18th-floor Mongolian afternoon tea were particularly gentle and attentive, and they even gave us Mongolian handcrafted bracelets. With the thoughtful planning of my family, this trip created even more meaningful memories. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. While the room facilities showed some age, they were generally complete, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very restful sleep. The front desk staff were simple and incredibly warm-hearted, making for an excellent experience. The surrounding area offers expansive views, perfect for enjoying the sunset in the evening with a pleasant breeze. It's an ideal choice for both self-driving tours and group travel, offering both unique character and comfort – truly a superb accommodation option for a trip to Inner Mongolia."

"Service: The service was excellent! We received a free room upgrade and complimentary welcome fruit. They also offered a late-night congee service. Ambiance: The room was very spacious, and the restaurant was well-arranged. The breakfast spread was fantastic, offering a variety of Chinese noodles and pastries, local fried dough twists (youcha), and lamb offal soup. It was quiet as it wasn't facing the street. Plus, it's very close to 'Two Sheep' restaurant. Facilities: The room had a smart speaker (XiaoDu), and the wet and dry areas were well-separated. The front desk also had emergency supplies available. The bedding was very comfortable, and there were several pillows to choose from. Drawbacks: The smart speaker (XiaoDu) wasn't very intelligent! And the showerhead switch in the shower room was a bit hidden."
