"The staff were very helpful, accommodated me on everything (Im deaf) single room queen size bed, clean bathroom, had everything i needed to prepare for my marathon. Can leave your bags with them and they will give you # chips to return and pick up your bags later which is what I did after I finished my marathon and returned to the hotel. Then I went back to tokyo but im thinking I should've gotten one more night in hitachi because the city is beautiful and the food is good.only 2 photos were taken from inside my hotel room facing out the big building and the sumo on tv."

"The hotel room was an orthodox Japanese-style room. It was well-cleaned. For dinner, we had monkfish hotpot in the restaurant in the separate building. As you would expect from authentic monkfish, it was delicious. The young proprietress gave us a concise explanation of the different parts of the fish, and prepared them efficiently, which made the meal even more delicious. The next day's breakfast was a sumptuous one, complete with ozoni (traditional Japanese soup), as it was New Year's Day. I would definitely like to return if I have the opportunity."

"Hotellet er ikke nyt, men jeg tror, det er blevet lukket. Kvinderne på receptionen har ført mig meget venligt. Værelset er rent, og der er ubegrænset mængde af blødt drikkevarer og alkohol. Der var en plakat, der sagde, at rummets garderobe dør var brudt, og ikke helt lukket, men hvis jeg kun brugte rummet, var det ikke så vigtigt. But on the day of the race, they offered complimentary shower facilities for guests who had already checked out, which saved me 2000 yen! The only downside was a slight urine smell in the room's toilet... otherwise, everything else was great. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm here for a run!"
