"My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Parkhotel Adler, and I must say, our experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking location and peaceful surroundings of the hotel. The history of the hotel added a special charm to our stay, making it even more memorable. The modern and well-maintained hotel rooms provided us with the perfect retreat, and the accommodating staff exceeded all our expectations. From the reception desk to the restaurant staff, everyone made us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. We were truly impressed by the level of service and attention to detail exhibited by the entire team. Our visit coincided with the birth of two baby deer in the deer reserve, adding a touch of magic to our experience. The pools, spas, steam rooms, and saunas were equally delightful, providing us with the perfect opportunity to unwind and relax. The restaurants' food, afternoon tea, and treats were scrumptious, and we thoroughly enjoyed every meal. As individuals working in stressful industries, we truly appreciated the tranquility of the hotel, allowing us to escape and rejuvenate. "I spent a week with my kids during the summer. This is not a place for family, the host was furious with my kids and always yelled at them whenever they were inside the hotel or in the garden. The worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place to anyone especially families with kids. Another thing, it feels like a prison during breakfast: only one piece of bread per person, and every time you ask for more, you see a weird look on the face of the hotel manager (in fact, the entire hotel has one person running everything) . I don't think this place deserves the ranking they claim they have. This is not a 3-star hotel for me."

"Jeg har overnattet 5 nætter. Hotellet ligger centralt i baghave. Værelset var tilstrækkeligt stort og godt udstyret. Sengen var hyggelig og der var en flaske mineralvand på værelset ved ankomsten. Derudover kunne man lave te og kaffe med vandkogeren. Frugt var god og tilstrækkelig. Gæsterne var venlige og foretrukne. Jeg kan anbefale hotellet med sort skov charme, i trappehuset hænge nogle billeder, varmt."

"This hotel was so perfect for my stay in the black forest! My room was so cute and comfortable, and the owners were so kind and nice! The location can’t be beat, right by the train station and next to the buses to take you to the Christmas market. I had a great breakfast here, but not so great experience dining at dinner the one night I was there. I’m not sure why the service was so off, it was a complete different experience at breakfast, which was so nice a friendly. I would still stay here again, and give the restaurant another try."

"The lake view was stunning from the room at top floor. But the room was dimmed and lighting was insufficient. The room at ground floor was not well maintained. The shower was blocked and the wind blind facing to front garden was out of order. Although the room provided with kitchen, the facilities was not well equipped."
