"Travelling from the UK to Hilton to assist parents with a move, thought as a final night meal we would head to Hilton Hotel for a meal. Memories and comments on how good the food was and pre reading the menu, gave me the feeling of a good meal. This was not the case unfortunately. Food was ordered. As we had previewed the menu, expectation was high. I ordered the steak and ribs, medium rare. Received a medium rare steak but was as tough as the proverbial old boot. Had 2 minuscule ribs and 1 medium sized piece, both were luke warm at best. Ribs must have been from a miniature pig. My parents had fish and chips as well as the curry, both not worth the price we paid. I have eaten at a number of places in PMB/Hilton and all I can say is for the cost we paid, there are many other places where you could get better value food for what you paid here."
