"The hotel's foyer is impressive and particularly beautifully decorated around Christmas time with the large Christmas tree. The wellness area is well maintained, but unfortunately quite small. The breakfast buffet was a big disappointment this time, as the quality of the food on offer was far below the level of similar hotels in Austria. My room on the 6th floor was large, but somewhat sparsely furnished."

"We stayed for 1 night and everything was super clean and comfortable. Big room as in the photos,good breakfast and diner. Exceptional saunas and the location near heviz lake. "I have been a regular guest at this hotel for over 25 years, which is why I am particularly disappointed by my most recent experience. Over the course of one weekend, I spent only about 40 minutes twice in the outdoor pool, did not use any other water facilities, yet my brand-new premium swimsuit became noticeably discoloured. (Out of the three pieces, I wore only two, which makes the difference even more striking.) I reported the damage immediately on site and later again in writing, supported by photographs. Although the hotel claimed to have investigated the matter, their reply essentially amounted to a complete denial of responsibility, without offering any meaningful solution. Such an attitude is especially disheartening for a guest who has chosen this place loyally for decades."

"When we arrived to the hotel the room was clean. However, during our stay (more than a week) we found the stayover cleaning was very poor, only taking the rubbish out, toilet, sink, shower never been cleaned. This was not expected at a 4 star hotel, to my mind it should be basic things. The other concern was regarding the food. Very few vegetarian and vegan options only (sides and salads) in the hotel and many food items were not labelled and staff were unable to tell what the chef salad was containing. In general the staff were nice, but more upgrade suggested on cleaning and dinner vegetarian choices. We had the best experience in the spa, the staff were very nice, friendly and professional."
