"If, like us, you've spent a few days beforehand in the consistently friendly and cosmopolitan Budapest, you'll simply be disappointed by this hotel. At check-in, we were greeted by a young woman whose enthusiasm and friendliness were rather limited. All in all, she seemed quite unemotional about her job. The 22-square-meter hotel room had definitely seen better days. Stained carpet, old furniture—nothing like the modern rooms advertised and pictured online. We arrived at the pool thirsty. The only bartender was nowhere to be seen for five minutes. No problem for us. But for him. A queue formed. He was very unfriendly and rude. Later, at dinner, the same thing happened. Our husbands were neatly dressed in white knee-length trousers with shirts and sneakers—a high-quality summer look. Nevertheless, they were forced to put on long trousers in 35-degree heat. Women in short dresses, trousers that didn't even cover their bottoms—that was perfectly acceptable. The attitude here is stuck in the 1960s. The room, overall, feels very uncomfortable and resembles a canteen; the lighting is white and very bright. Attentive waiters are nowhere to be found. A comfortable terrace for dining is also nonexistent. The sauna attendant deserves the second star in the rating. That was fantastic and the highlight of the day. The pool area was beautifully photographed with a wide-angle lens. The pool itself is relatively small for the number of people. The lovely wooden loungers with cushions are indoors and were moved outside specifically for the photoshoot. Luckily, we only booked three nights here and hope for a better experience and improved service when we continue our travels in this wonderful country."

"Ingen anmeldelser siden 2018...Lad os opdatere ting i november 2023.Hele hotellet er blevet renoveret smukt og er værd at have en firestjernerating.Design og arkitektur er virkelig super og de bygger i øjeblikket et nyt termisk vandspa. Alle nye møbler og stor design overalt.God parkering.Men...Uanset om Covid har ramt dem, eller måske kan de ikke få det rigtige personale, jeg er ikke sikker.Problemet for mig er mad. Fødevarestandarden er meget høj, og køkkenpersonalet producerer vidunderlige smagsretter.Men Bain Marie/buffetsystemet virker ikke, og alt mad er altid næsten koldt. Pladerne er også kolde, selv om de er i en varmeenhed til at varme dem op Efter en uge her har vi ikke nydt en god, varm mad, som vi har brug for n midt i november.Hvis du nyder kolde scramblede æg fra en kold plade er du på det rigtige sted. I aften var vi den første til middag.Alt mad var kogt og efterladt på buffet for at gå koldt, da ingen havde skiftet på overhovedet varme/lygter.Det er skørt!Der var også to turener af soppe- begge kun lukevarme. Treddene er smuttede og har brug for en god sweep/ren.Der er et nyt display-kabinet i spisestuen, der er dækket med støv og også har brug for en god ren.Synd!!"

Throughout our stay they promised to fix the broken air conditioning and nothing happened, we called support every day and no one helped us fix the problem the whole time. In addition, in the ground floor apartments you can't open the windows because they are very low and someone could climb in. In addition, there is a road and seating for all guests right outside the windows. So, in the morning, all the people who are leaving early will wake you up. On the other floors everything will probably be ok, I am describing an experience from the ground floor, beware. Otherwise, the property is nice, renovated, but our experience is really bad, because in 5 days no one could solve our problem. They offered us a compensation which nobody specified, really bad service."
