"Vi havde en vidunderlig ophold på dette hotel og nydte virkelig vores ferie.Værelset var rent, komfortabelt og velholdt, og hotellets beliggenhed tilbyder fantastisk udsigt. Det, der virkelig gjorde vores ophold særligt, var den utroligt varme og velkommene personale.En særlig tak til Sofia og Donya, som gik ovenpå og ud for at få os til at føle sig hjemme.Deres venlighed og ægte gæstfrihed gjorde et varigt indtryk. Den uendelige pool er helt fantastisk, med fantastiske udsigter, der gør det til det perfekte sted at slappe af og slappe af.Fruegen tilbød også en lang række friske og lækkere muligheder. En ting, vi anbefaler, er at se nøje, hvilket værelse du booker.Hotellet er bygget på en bakke, og vi opholdt os i værelse 101, som ligger på toppen.Det betød, at der klatrer meget trappe hver dag. Hvis du har begrænset mobilitet eller hvis du besøger under meget varmt vejr, er dette helt sikkert noget at huske på.Generelt havde vi en fantastisk oplevelse og ville meget anbefale dette hotel.Vi ser allerede frem til at komme tilbage!"

"Located close to the beach and near a beautiful harbor, it is an ideal base for exploring the older parts of the city on foot. The staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions or address any concerns. The food is fresh, delicious, and varied. The rooms are spotless and smell fresh. There is no battle for sun loungers; there were always enough for everyone who wanted one. Highly recommended!"

"Fantastic hotel, travelled as a family of 4 with young adults and it was brilliant, the staff are amazing, shout out to George and Adonis who worked so hard to keep drinks flowing all day. The hotel is spotless and their attention to detail is superb. We had a pool facing room with a mezzanine and it was perfect for the 4 of us. The food was fresh and great value for money we ate at the hotel more than we had planned to. The white sangria was amazing. I cannot fault this hotel it was 10/10"

"I had the great fortune to stay here for a week with my friend, who had been here 4 times prior to this . It was so beautifully laid out along the beach it had 3 pools ? Several restaurants, a spa and a gym . We were upgraded to a junior suite with such a beautiful view of the beach . The room was lovely , very spacious and very clean . The staff were all so lovely .And nothing was top much trouble. A special shout out to Socrates the barman in the pool bar , he was hilarious and great fun . The food was amazing in the Asian fusion restaurant and Maria was lovely . She remembered my friend from her previous stays and greeted her warmly. They even had a Cat Cafe where the guests could feed the local cats , which really meant a lot to me as I love cats. Everything was perfect. The only small downside was the channels on the TV..they were all in German The majority of people that stay there are German, they were all very quiet and pleasant, but it would have been nice to have a couple of English channels for when we got back to our room in the evening."

Unique Blue! Resort and Villas Adults Only

"Our flight was very delayed, and even though check-in was until 9:00 PM, they checked us in at 1:00 AM without any problems. We booked a room with access to the pool, but they upgraded us to a villa with a private pool. Thank you so much for this! Thanks to this, our two days in Crete were amazing. They also left dinner in our room so we could eat after a long flight. The villa is huge and spacious, the pool was warm, and the room was very stylish. The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. The food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was simply amazing. There was unlimited wine."

Porto Greco Village Beach Hotel

"The hotel looks gorgeous — white columns, blue shutters, the whole Greek-island fantasy. Sadly, the dream ends the moment you step into the restaurant you miss instantly miss plane food. Every day it was the same sad buffet crime scene: curry fish (again), greasy mystery sauces, and bacon showing up like an uninvited relative — morning, noon, and night. Spaghetti and potatoes on repeat. Not a Greek dish in sight, unless you count the one time they brought out aubergines — which, frankly, felt like a cry for help. The “Greek salad” made a daily appearance too, looking as tired as I felt by day three. The tomatoes were so lifeless I nearly offered them CPR. Desserts? Always the same. Breakfast? Fine, if you enjoy a sense of déjà vu with your coffee. The staff were nice, bless them, but apparently think they’re running a luxury taxi syndicate: €50 to the airport! Now, about that “private beach.” ? Picture a pile of rocks — and they charge €15 a day to lie on it! No thanks And if you fancy watching TV to forget about dinner, good luck — no satellite, so it’s SpongeBob in German or Polish reality shows. Beautiful hotel. The Beach? Yes if you fancy pay for unwanted chiropractic session. The food ? a not-so-greek tragedy."

Amazones Village Suites

"We recently returned from a lovely stay at Amazones Village Suites and had a fantastic time! We booked a garden view suite, which was spacious, airy, and very comfortable. A quick tip -if you're booking through EasyJet, make sure you select a suite and not the annex to ensure you are staying in the main hotel! The pool area was great, and our kids absolutely loved it. The views were stunning, especially around sunset, and the location was perfect within walking distance to the charming villages of Old Hersonissos, Piskopiano, and Koutouloufari. Each one had its own charm and plenty of authentic Greek tavernas to explore. We also had a fun night at My Bar, which is great for a bit of karaoke. The manager and staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and we met some lovely regular guests who made our stay even more entertaining! We’ll definitely be back! Crete is absolutely beautiful, and Amazones Village Suites was the perfect base to enjoy it!"
