"Velkommen fra Jennie var utroligt positiv & lade os blive! Hun var fremragende i hele forklaret hver enkelt ting, vi måtte vide(& mens vi behandler den samme fremragende standard med andre kunder i en meget travl reception) hun har været BRILLIANT siden&i tager sin tid til at hjælpe mig med at booke en ekstra uge&i går at hjælpe mig med at booke en uge senere.Intet er for meget problemer for den pige&det er den bedste kundeservice, jeg nogensinde har haft!!Hvilken komplet aktiv til din virksomhed er hun.Hun er også så super venlig. Vi blev booket sent på grund af et husspørgsmål, der har brug for arbejdere efter en lang flyvning.Hun tog stresset lige ud af situationen og hjalp os straks (i modsætning til præm Inn!) Hun gjorde alle online-booking for mig gav os et anstændigt værelse. Omkostningerne er gode værdier for £.Alle personale=meget behagelige.Hun er i en lega af alle hendes egne alligevel!På grundlag af hendes præstation vil jeg stærkt anbefale dette sted til alle, der vil lytte.Tak. 5* og jeg ville have givet hende @mindst 20* så godt@hendes job sådan en smuk dame."

"Had one room for one night in July. The hotel is conveniently situated near shops etc with good parking around it. It si afew minutes from the "beach" ie the sea. There is a a nearby indoor pool and plenty of restuarants in the town if you dont want to eat in the pub. It was quiet in the room on the 1st floor. The room itself was well equipped and very comfortable. The air con was very good in this summer heatwave, The only downside is that thsi room and i susupect one other had no windows just a skylight so it felt very claustrophobic.Reception and servcie etc was via the bar and no issues really. I would stay again - it was a good rate."

"Good small hotel with secure car park (essential for our car & bikes pre ferry crossing) Friendly welcome, nice garden/ patio area and updated clean bedroom. 10 minute walk to retail/food places. Had all we needed with the bonus of Dolce Gusto machine and massive TV !!"

"Just an overnight stay to take the early ferry to Hoek van Holland turned into a bit more when we got sick. The staff was very friendly and supportive and made the extra day as pleasant as possible. Loved the quirkiness of the Alma Inn itself and enjoyed the old town of Harwich with a surprisingly interesting history. Perhaps come back for a weekend stay or something?!"
