The ambiance of the hotel is peaceful and relaxing. The lobby overlooks the holy Ganga River, offering breathtaking views that make you want to sit back, unwind, and soak in the serene surroundings. The staff is incredibly warm, courteous, and attentive, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Our check-in with Pooja was smooth and welcoming, and the refreshing welcome drinks were a lovely touch. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautifully organized evening Ganga Aarti experience. The hotel arranged for a pandit ji to accompany us to Hari Ki Pauri and even reserved a special front-row spot, allowing us to witness the aarti up close—an unforgettable spiritual experience. The rooftop restaurant is stunning, with beautiful views that make every meal even more enjoyable. Another advantage is the hotel’s excellent location, with many of Haridwar’s famous eateries just a short walk away. The hotel also provides a hassle-free pickup and drop service from the parking area, accompanied by a staff member who takes care of all your luggage, making the arrival and departure process completely stress-free. Overall, Hotel Ganga Lahri exceeded our expectations in every way. The combination of outstanding hospitality, breathtaking views, thoughtful services, and an unbeatable location makes it one of the best places to stay in Haridwar. The property’s location is picture-perfect right on the riverbank, yet away from the noise. We spent hours just watching the river flow from our balcony, feeling completely at peace. Our room was elegantly decorated, with modern amenities and impeccable cleanliness. The restaurant served freshly prepared vegetarian food that was both delicious and healthy. The hotel also helped us book a private Ganga aarti experience, which was truly unforgettable. What stood out most was the staff’s dedication every little request was handled with a smile. This place has a spiritual energy that stays with you long after you leave. It’s not just a hotel; it’s an experience that touches your heart. I can confidently say it’s one of the best stays we’ve ever had in India."

"We had an outstanding stay at Ekaanta from 13-15 Dec 2025. The hotel location is excellent, not too far from main Haridwar and at the same time, location is secluded and serene. The rooms with the Ganga view were just beautiful , the hotel decor and cleanliness are a class apart. The activities planned by the hotel are excellent right from the yog nidra sessions, the yoga at the ghat or the adventurous walk in the Rajaji National Park by the mighty Ganges, the Ayurvedic doctor consultation and the Ayurvedic massage therapy sessions - all these gave a deep insight into the balance of mental and physical states of self. The evening private Aarti followed by Bhajan Sandhya gave the goosebumps with its divinity. The hotel food, served with warmth, was Satvik and delicious. Special mention to Mr Pradeep Banerjee and his team for the excellent hospitality."

"It is located in crowded streets of Haridwar. Ground level and middle level staff is good. They are courteous and supportive. Restaurant manager preferred to give excuses. Restaurant arranged and provided food to my grandson free of cost. But I have to give requirements in writing on paper. Rooms are clean, better to take rooms with Riverview. Good place to take a Holy bath and do Ganga Darshan and Pooja. I did not find it good leisure place for long stay. Not value for money. This being taken for Taj property."

"The property is fantastic and the location is good too. Rooms are big, clean, modern and have all the amenities. Food is fresh and tasty. The only let down was the staff. They didn’t seem to be motivated at all. Either they are underpaid or have not been trained properly. I would want to hereby want the owner’s attention to this. Myself being a senior management person in a major company, I can vouch for the fact that your staff (literally everyone) needs urgent motivation and training. They are the only reason I won’t repeat this hotel again."
