"The room was incredibly spacious and well-equipped with thoughtful amenities – they've really thought of everything, even disposable face towels. The best part was having two bathrooms, which saved us a lot of time. The front desk staff were very warm and friendly, and so was the lady who helped with our luggage, especially attentive and caring towards the elderly. Although there was a slight hiccup during check-in, it was resolved perfectly thanks to the front desk attendant's patient communication. It seems the hotel puts a lot of effort into staff service training. The restaurant was great, with a nice ambiance. While the hotel breakfast offered a good variety, there's definitely room for improvement in terms of changing up the menu daily."
