"Og legepladser, forretningsgader og mange restauranter er bygget i samme komplette blok og danner et turistkomplex. Hotellets boligdel er opdelt i tre store dele, en af dem er multi-stages, der er forbundet med lobbyen og restauranten.Værelserne bør være mere standardiserede hotellets dobbeltværelser og store soveværelser, og en anden del af indgangen er specialiseret i at holde sig indenfor. Vi havde bestemt den første klasse, og vi havde ikke nogen forklaring, og vi blev sendt direkte til den tredje klasse: Så ville vi gå rundt i en lille stol, åbne døren som hjemme, og så kom vi til en to-værelses- og to-værelses-suite og en indvendig suite, og der var tre senge.Det er for godt! Vi var moder- og dattersøn, og vi måtte bo i et rum, men halvdelen af rummet var blevet renoveret, især den var meget tæt på væggen.Foto 1 er en lille æske i området. "Overall, I was quite happy with my stay at the hotel. Pros: The room was spacious, and the view from the window and balcony was unbeatable. It was incredibly quiet on the premises; all I could hear were birds and the sound of the surf. I stayed for a whole month and was convinced there wasn't a mosque nearby because I never heard the calls to prayer. It turns out, this was due to the hotel's wonderful architecture. The hotel grounds are shared with two other hotels, and all the entertainment is in the neighboring 4-star hotel, so there's no noise in the mornings or evenings, which was fantastic. The food was good (I had half-board). Zeinab, the guest relations manager, was wonderful; she helped me out several times, was very friendly, and spoke multiple languages. The hotel grounds are huge, perfect for leisurely walks. It's located right on the beachfront. There are three outdoor pools, one indoor pool, and a saltwater pool (for an extra charge). There's also a fireplace in the lobby. The staff at breakfast and dinner were very attentive. The transparent wall in the bathroom was a plus for me; you could shower with a sea view and enjoy natural light during the day. Cons: The reception staff weren't super-service-oriented unless you tipped them. The gym was not free, located in the basement of the spa center, and consequently, it was stuffy. Most of the equipment was old. The furniture in the rooms was a bit tired (though it was clear that cosmetic renovations are done regularly). There was no comfortable desk in the room for working on a computer, only low coffee tables in the room and on the balcony, which made it awkward to work. There was a table in the common area, but it was dark and lacked a power outlet for a laptop. In the end, I worked in the area usually occupied by the tour agent. There are small shops near the hotel, and the center is within walking distance, but it's along a main road, and Hammamet's infrastructure isn't great (this isn't a complaint about the hotel, as its location is good). Conclusion: If you're coming purely for relaxation, I think it's a great option. If you're planning a workcation, like I was, it's not entirely convenient."

"Absolutely Terrible. Never Again This hotel was a complete disaster. The staff at reception were rude and unhelpful, the check-in process was ridiculous (one paper buffet card for 4 people, one heavy old key for the whole room). The room was filthy, smelled awful, and looked like it hadn’t been renovated in decades. The AC was ancient, the bathroom reeked, and the corridors felt abandoned and unsafe. The buffet food was inedible and unhygienic, the pool tiny and overcrowded, and parking was a nightmare, staff told me to leave my rental car outside and even blamed me for moving it earlier. I booked 10 nights but left after 2, yet they still charged me nearly half the total cost. Absolutely unacceptable. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this place completely."

"Just returned from a lovely 7 nights at this wonderful hotel, The Palm Beach was all we expected and more, The hotel staff were all fabulous and couldn't do enough to ensure our stay which coincided with our 1st wedding anniversary was both memorable and enjoyable, The food was exceptional with a great varied selection at each serving all served hot and looked as appettizing as indeed it was make sure you leave room for dessert as they were all yummy, We really enjoyed our visit to the Culinarium restaurant on our actual anniversary and the restaurant team went out of their way to mark the occasion, All the bars were well staffed and you never waited long for a drink which was nearly always then brought over to your table, I was particularly impressed that the bar staff knew what you wanted before we even ordered. The room we stayed in wasn't exactly what we asked for but it was clean tidy very well maintained through the week and nice and quiet. Can't comment on the entertainment team as this really isn't our thing but everyone seemed to enjoy what the team had to offer, We didn't venture out of the hotel we just wanted a chilled out week but lots to see and visit if that's your thing. This was our 1st visit to a Tui Blue hotel it certainly won't be our last, John & Lynne"
