"The stay was pleasant for my family of 4 , 2 adults & 2 teenagers. We had booked a junior suites with sofa bed. The bathroom comes with a bathtub & standing shower. We stayed at the apartment 5 minutes walk the main reception. They provide great concierge service to bring out luggages to the hotel. The breakfast was super delicious with the amazing lake view."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right in the town center. It's currently under renovation, so it doesn't look its best from the outside, but it doesn't affect the interior at all. Overall, I'm satisfied. I'd recommend staying a night in the town; sunrise is when it's most beautiful."

Hallstatt Hideaway - Adults Only

"The location is on a hillside, and there is construction going on right in front of the room that blocks the view. There was a lot of dust and cobwebs in the room, which made me sneeze a lot. The front desk staff did not tell me how to return the room key when checking out. I pressed the doorbell many times at the front desk and there was no response. The whole experience was very poor."

"Stuff are extremly unpleasant toward tourists that just want to sit and order some food to the point that they openly refused to answer our question "Can we order a pizza?". We got one rude "No" even do there were clear table with daily menu including pizza! Would strongly advice for you to pass this place. Awfull experience"
