"Only after checking in did we realize that most of the hotel rooms were under renovation. There was a strong smell of paint, and we barely saw any other guests during our stay. It didn't feel like we were in a hotel, yet the price wasn't cheap. The heating in the room was also problematic; it felt even colder when on, like cold air was blowing, which made us all catch colds. The front desk staff were very helpful though, providing extra blankets for each of us. Due to the renovations, we couldn't enjoy any of the hotel's facilities. On the bright side, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the views there are fantastic."

"Very friendly reception staff. Room with two queen-sized beds and a large bathroom. The pool with its slide is a plus for children. The water in all the pools was warm, which was also very nice. Breakfast is decent, with a bonus for the freshly made waffles. Major roads nearby, but the hotel is very quiet. Many restaurants are within walking distance."

"I was skeptical when I booked this hotel, but was wowed when I checked in. The guy at the front desk (Ryan) was super helpful, patient, and full of smiles. The hotel was super clean starting from the lobby to our room. Our room was spacious and I love everything about the room - clean, comfy bed with extra pillows, clean bathroom. The breakfast had lots of options that suited everyone from cereal to oat, toast, pancake, muffins, yummy cinnamon roll, pork sausage, turkey sausage, and cheese omelet. As a non-pork eater, I love the fact that they had the turkey sausage option. The checkout was seamless. I recommend this hotel."

"I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, despite the kindness of the woman at the front desk staff. I arrived at 1:30 a.m. after a long day of travel, having pre-booked a king-size room through Trip.com. Upon arrival, I was informed that the hotel was overbooked and the only available room was one with a non-functioning shower. While the staff apologized, they were unable to offer a refund, and Trip.com could not assist either due to the third-party booking. As a temporary solution, the hotel provided a free breakfast voucher and offered access to a different room for shower use at 8:30 a.m. — seven hours after my arrival. This was extremely inconvenient and not the standard of service I expected, especially as a returning guest. I will not stay at this hotel again. No refunds were provided."
