"Before I say anything, the lovely man at the reception was outstanding, polite and willing to help. This comment is about the management of the hotel. I booked through trip and paid in advance but they did not have this information upon arrival. There was an invoice for £40 whereas I had paid £50 through Trip. The man at receiption quickly waved the new invoice. The hotel is very run down. The room was in an apalling state. Although the bedsheets and towels were clean the overall state of the room was awful. The drains were clocked, the shower screen broken, there were stains everywhere. I understand it’s a very cheap hotel but there should be a minimum of respect to the customers. There was free breakfast which was okay. Some of the other customers were quite loud and roudy."

Komplet kaffe, te og kager Nattepersonalet hjælpeløst med min enkle taxi.Jeg kunne have foretaget en bankoverførsel lige siden jeg var hotel gæst. Morgenens personale tillod mig at forlade mine ting, så jeg kunne gå rundt efter at have tjekket ud."
