"Very near the rail station. Nice morning staff. She was multitasking. Dated, cold room but clean. Water pressure super. Relaxing. Complementary coffee, tea,and cookies Night staff unhelpful with my simple taxi issue. I could have done a bank transfer right away since I am a hotel guest. Morning lady staff allowed me to leave my stuff so I could walk around after check out."

"absolutely disgusting room, it stunk and was mouldy. There are crack in the wall and we keep hearing noises, the bed are not comfy and have hole in the bottom the tiles in the bathroom are falling off and there is only 1 plug, the lights dont work i am currently sat here in the dark with only the bathroom light on as that is the only light that works, the tv isnt working and the kettle has mould in it the cups aren’t clean and the service at reception is terrible and slow, aswell the toilet near reception were blocked and it stunk, would not recommend staying here AT ALL i think i would rather sleep on the streets! my family has all the pictures of these disgusting rooms there are 6 of us so 3 rooms and all are awful.. xoxo get it sorted✌🏽"

"We stayed on a deal including a dinner supplement. The rooms are extremely comfortable , with lovely tea and coffee. Evening meals were very high quality - not huge portions but very tasty with some interesting choices. Nice wine and excelent local draught beer . Breakfast was also excellent , with some great home made options. Above all , every member if staff went the extra mile to make sure our stay was excellent. One of the best hotels we have stayed in"

"Dette er et smukt hotel på kanalsiden godt beliggende for at besøge forskellige steder og meget rimeligt prissat.Hotellet er ret lille, som egnet os & vores værelse var på forsiden, så vi havde et godt udsigt. Værelset var meget rent og receptionens personale meget hjælpsomt og venligt.Vi havde nogle aftenmåltider på nærliggende Brewer's Fayre pub og mad var meget god.Jeg anbefaler bestemt at blive på dette hotel."
