Alpchalet Schwanstein ★★★

"The room is nicely heated up and overall it is comfortable. I love the soft and warm blanket most of all! The coffee machine is also fabulous and it is lovely to have view of the mountain peaks in a distance! The restaurant at the hotel made it very convenient to get food after a long day out!"

Hotel Casa Maria ★★★

"A good hotel for sightseeing at Neuschwanstein Castle. It is about a 10-minute drive to the castle. The staff are very friendly, the rooms are clean, and overall it is good."

Hotel Bannwaldsee ★★★★

"This is a very nice hotel with a spa and open grounds. Excellent restaurant and a nice bar. The rooms were very comfortable and big! I had a great view of the Bavarian Alps out the window. We were only there one night but enjoyed it. We got into town early, so took the chairlift to top of ski resort and watched the hang gliders. Easy walk from resort to hotel."
