The room hygiene is okay, but you can't look too closely. On the bright side, the staff are all very friendly and are always happy to help with extra cleaning if needed. The hotel's buffet dinner is excellent, offering incredible value for money. For just over a hundred per person, there's a huge variety of food, and the seafood, for example, is very fresh. However, the kids' play area is incredibly dirty, absolutely filthy. The staff only put the toys back in place daily, but no one cleans. There's a huge amount of dirt and grime on the floor."
