"Facilities: Quite complete. The air conditioning is very powerful. It was a little chilly the night I checked in, but it warmed up in about ten minutes after I turned on the air conditioning. Cleanliness: Very clean. Disposable toilet seat covers were provided. Environment: Nice. Service: Excellent. The staff were very friendly. They knew I was there to take an exam and even offered to print my exam admission ticket. They also helped me call a taxi in the morning. There was a coffee machine in the lobby. I didn't get to eat breakfast, but they thoughtfully explained that. My feet were blistered from walking, and when I asked for band-aids, they even gave me iodine. Very considerate indeed."
