"We booked a Family room. The room booking said “City view”. The room was in the basement with very small windows high up that couldn’t be opened and there was no view. Because in the basement the wifi was very limited and difficult to link into. The room itself was super modern and clean. It’s beautifully designed and a lovely hotel, but I’d prefer to have know when I booked that I would be in the basement with very limited wifi access."

"We stayed on October 20-21 in room 731 on the 29th floor As soon as we arrived we had to pay a 200 euro deposit, something that no one had told us about in advance. There is no staff if you have any problems you only have a phone and an email The room was dirty, in fact if you go to that room you look at the lamps, the kitchen hood was full of dust There was also hair on the towels. The views are amazing.P.S.: When we left I left some belongings behind that I am 100 percent sure I left there. When I manage to speak to them they tell me that the cleaners didn't find anything. In short, there are better places to go and cheaper. I didn't expect that such a luxury establishment as advertised would have all these things, including that even your luggage is not safe.Clearly we will not be back"

"Classic 3☆ b&b hotel; no restaurant or bar but dozens within 10 mins walk. Well looked after, tidy and clean with friendly and helpful staff. Good sized rooms. Previous reviews sum up local amenities well. In addition, ＜5 mins walk to tram/bus stops. No lift and many stairs, not wheelchair or limited mobility friendly. Parking across the road was €33 per day after hotel discount. Breakfast I thought was expensive at €17.50 pppd. Many local cafes cheaper. Tea and coffee from machine in lounge 24/7 but no facilities in room."

"We had a deluxe room which features a very large terrace over the sea. Literally over the North Sea. The views were amazing-especially at sunset. The room was nicely decorated and the shower was excellent. The bed was two single beds put together which was not comfortable however. Also, the toilet room and the show room did not have exhaust fans which were badly needed. The breakfast was excellent, also with great views over the sea."

"The structure is a beautiful building located on a marina, which guarantees at the same time a beautiful view and very quiet and restful nights. The apartment has beautiful parquet, gets a lot of light and, although simple, the furnishings make it welcoming. The WiFi is powerful, as is the number of sockets distributed throughout the apartment. unfortunately the quality/price ratio (300 EUR/night for our 60 m2 apartment) clashes with some obvious shortcomings: 1) In 7 nights, cleaning was never carried out; 2) We were given 3 (three) tabs for the dishwasher, without the possibility of asking for more, despite the manager demanding that everything be returned perfectly washed; 3) Absence of shower gel and shampoo; 4) Reception open a few hours a day; 5) Upon arrival the apartment was quite dirty in the bathroom and the waste compartment was smelly; 6) Two of the 3 entrances to the condominium were broken and they did not replace the latch even after 3 days of outage. In short: the structure has great potential, but it is managed with laziness and superficiality."

"I loved this hotel, The staff was very friendly they guided me to a room if I needed to. The cleanliness was so clean. The breakfast was also good they have pancakes but the dinner is a little bit expensive but it was yummy. The TV is powered by Ziggo and it's very good quality our remote control didn't really work but it's okay Highly recommend visiting if you're in the area P.S The outview of the hotel is so nice"
