"We stayed at Hotel Clarks Inn and Suites, Gwalior from 1st to 3rd November 2025. This was our second visit, the previous one being in March 2025, and on both occasions, the hotel met all our expectations. The rooms were well-maintained and thoughtfully arranged, and the staff was consistently courteous and polite. During our two-day stay, we enjoyed two lunches, one dinner, and two breakfasts, all of which were excellent in quality, taste, and quantity. The staff provided attentive and efficient service throughout. A special mention goes to Mr. Jogender, the Relationship Manager, for his exceptional assistance and courteous demeanour. In the dining area, Ms. Neelam stood out for her politeness and humility, making our dining experience even more pleasant."

The blanket that we were provided was smelly and had stains. There were hairs in the shower, there was mold on the glasses that were provided, and the room was filled with mosquitoes. We were disappointed by these hygiene standards. While the staff were pleasant, the cleanliness issues made our stay uncomfortable. We hope management addresses these concerns."

"My arrival at the hotel was around 8:00 AM. I understand that the official check-in time is 12:00 PM, but if a guest arrives early and rooms are already available, the hotel should make an effort to accommodate them instead of making them wait unnecessarily. Unfortunately, I have noticed this multiple times at Central Park Hotel. Guests who book through MakeMyTrip or other online travel platforms are often made to wait even when rooms appear to be available. It also feels like they try to allocate the least desirable rooms to such guests. A good hotel should value customer convenience and provide early check-in whenever possible, especially if rooms are ready. My experience has been disappointing, and I hope the management improves its customer service and treats all guests fairly."

"We stayed here for 2 days in end of January 2026. Although the rooms and other amenities are acceptable. the parking is NOT AT ALL AVAILABLE. For the next 2-3 years, there is a large construction going on in front of the hotel, resulting in chaotic drive in and parking. Hotel does NOT have its own parking. So if you are driving a car. please inquire ahead of time. We were NOT advised when we made the reservation. The hotel staff is not very cooperative as much as what we experienced in other hotels in Madhy Pradesh. Also, the TV operation needed several requests for it to work for both our rooms. Overall, a 3 star rating for the price they charge."

"We stayed at Neemrana Deobagh for one night and really enjoyed our experience. This is a perfect place for those who love peace and tranquility. The property is surrounded by beautiful gardens and lots of trees, with many resident birds, especially peacocks. It is a heritage property that has been thoughtfully converted into a resort. Although there is no swimming pool, it is an excellent choice for nature lovers. The staff are very professional and welcoming. The food was delicious and felt just like home-cooked meals. Unlike a commercial hotel, this place has its own unique charm and feels more like a homestay. Away from the hustle and bustle of Gwalior, I would highly recommend Neemrana Deogarh to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway, especially those who enjoy nature and heritage experiences."
