"Good and clean hotel but better to have a car as it's not the most convenient of locations. Service of front desk staff is very good. A little disappointed with the lack of a strong shower (This is more my own expectation that main attributes of Holiday Inns having strong shower and good internet) though I do not hold that against the hotel since the shower is acceptable and internet is very good. Will stay there again but will not be my first choice for that city."

"The hotel is located on the A3 with easy access to the main roads and Guildford Town centre. It is directly opposite Guildford Lido and next to the leisure centre with ice rink, so lots to do nearby. Although it is right on the main road, there are tall hedges outside that soak up most of the road noise. The room was comfy but felt a little bit in need of some TLC and a deep clean of the carpet. The windows do open, which was nice compared to most Premier Inns I have stayed at where they are sealed shut. Breakfast was fantastic, although only one member of staff working. It wasn't a problem for us, but if you had wanted anything cooked to order, you may have struggled to find someone to ask! Food was tasty, and plenty of it."
