"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We stayed for a couple of days, and everything was great. The location is especially convenient for skiing — right next to the hotel there is a slope, and if you go down just a little, you will reach the first ski lift. This made it very easy and comfortable to get on the slopes quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel"

"## Positives - The facilities were incredibly clean and excellent, boasting breathtaking views. All the staff were friendly and dignified. The breakfast was also superb. ## Negatives - There was a group party on Friday evening. When we went to the restaurant for dinner, the service seemed to prioritize the party guests, and people were smoking near the outdoor dining tables. We couldn't finish our meal there, so we had to get our food packed and eat it in our room. The outdoor party continued late into the night, preventing us from getting enough rest. ## Other Notes - The hotel's location is quite difficult to access if you're relying on public transportation. A kind male staff member from the hotel gave me a ride there (I still feel bad that I didn't properly express my gratitude. Next time, I will pay his kindness forward to others). ## Tips for Travelers Using Public Transportation Gudauri is very difficult to access via public transport, though marshrutkas (minibuses) will drop you off between Tbilisi and Kazbegi, and vice versa. I traveled from Kazbegi, stayed for one night, and then moved on to Tbilisi the next day. - To get to Gudauri from Kazbegi, just tell the driver you're going to Gudauri when you board the coach bus heading for Tbilisi. (The cost is the same as going to Tbilisi, 20 Lari per person). - Once you get off in Gudauri, walk a little further down in the direction of Tbilisi. There's a shortcut using the ski slope path that leads directly to the hotel. This path connects directly to the hotel's restaurant (on the -2 floor). - Buses from Gudauri to Tbilisi are scheduled for 9 AM and 5 PM daily (in my case, the 5 PM bus departed at 4:57 PM). - The fare is 15 Lari per person. Be aware that the driver might smoke while driving and will make many stops to pick up or drop off passengers along the way."

"We didn’t stay at the hotel, but we visited the restaurant several times(almost every day) — and it was one of the highlights of our time in Gudauri. The restaurant is beautifully designed, very well organized, and offers excellent food quality. Everything we tried was well prepared, tasty, and thoughtfully presented. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. A special mention goes to Serjio, who truly made a difference. He helped us immensely with ski equipment rental and provided valuable information about the area. His English was excellent, and his attitude was genuinely helpful and positive — the kind of service that leaves a lasting impression. The restaurant comes highly recommended, even if you are not staying at the hotel. Based on this experience alone, we are confident that the accommodation must be of equally high quality. On our next visit to Gudauri, we will definitely choose Gudauri Loft Hotel for our stay. Great job to the entire team — keep it up!"

"The hotel is newly built and located near a ski area.The room we stayed in was spacious and had a kitchen and a washing machine. Please note that this hotel does not have a pool or spa; all amenities are located at its sister hotel next door. Additionally, breakfast was served at a nearby hotel (Hills Apartments), which was very inconvenient. If you’re looking for nightlife, the New Gudauri area might be a better choice."
