The homemade cakes are divine and the owners (Vanessa and Michele) are super kind and welcoming. We loved chatting with them at breakfast and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The location is perfect…a quick 10 minutes car ride from the heart of Gubbio, immersed in the most peaceful country side. We will definitely be back…in the meantime, please give Willy a belly scratch for us ;-)"

"What a shocking hotel. Definitely not the 4 star as advertised. Firstly we were not contacted by the Hotel to inform us we would not be able to drive to it to drop off our luggage as there was a lot of roadworks and some of these were outside the Hotel. We had to park in the car park and drag our cases up the hill and finally up the very steep stone steps at the side of the Hotel. Very poor customer service. The room was supposed to be a superior room but it was very basic and the furniture and bathroom had seen better days. Our room was next to the breakfast room so we were awoken very early by crashing and banging of cutlery, plates, etc. All in all not a good experience and glad we were only there for 1 night. That said, the town of Gubbio is beautiful and worth a visit"
